I really tired my friend’s (🥱). This stretches seem not to be working. It looks like I need a break, but at the same time I think about the possibility of losing some of the gain. Anyway, I’m going to do the stretches, but I’m going to focus on the JELQ’s. I stretched my BPFSL to 18cm, by the looks of it, let’s see that it will cement.
I wish I already had the 18 cm NBP hahaha. I’m still a dreamer, hence my name, as you’ve already seen.
I’ll try to follow Ulistretch’s JELQ style, which is a bit of what I do, but without the second part (focus on the glans) and get more thickness.
I think maybe my journey will continue to work out but my expectation is too high, it seems that the brain hasn’t processed millimeters, day after day. 🚩

160 well-crafted jelqs, approximately 3s each. At the end of every 50 strides, I do a slower jelq with a fuller penis. At the end of the routine, I did about 10 reps as follows: 5 quick strides to fill the CC and 1 slow stride, holding about 3-5s when I reach the glans.

I continue doing the stretching, but in a more gentle way, still noticing temporary gains in BPFSL, even not reaching the 2% that I had proposed at the beginning of the journey. My focus now is on JELQ’S. I need BPEL, NBPEL and EG (It would help me a lot if I reached 14 cm) Thickness makes a good difference, including aesthetic, not forgetting the usefulness. 😏

Of you find it frustrating, just quit measuring. I measure fir academic purposes, logging everything in excel. Do yourself a favor and ditch the ruler and use it only once or twice a month. Apply good heat and stretch.

I may follow this advice myself … or at the very least measure and forget
