Today I will start, quite true, I will start again, now with you, my definitive journey in PE. Below, I’ll collate the videos of the measurements I took today, almost a month after the first JEQL. I will base my exercises on manual stretches and JELQ’s, only.
In the videos below (They are boring to do, because I don’t have the correct support) the measurement of FBPSL, NBPEL and BPEL, in addition to the EG.
The following measures were taken:
FBPSL 17cm
NBPEL 13.5-14cm
BPEL 16cm
EG 13 cm (at the beginning of the month it was 12.5-12.7)
I will post the BPFSL deformations every fifteen days, of the days I trained, trying to keep this deformation between 2-5%, being done as follows:
Pre-stretching
Post Stretch
Post JELQ’s.
From what I’ve seen and read, this deformation of the BPFSL allows the expansion of the tissue, which may eventually, with the JELQ’s, transform into BPEL and NBPEL. We will.
The routine will be done as follows:
15-20 minutes of heating with IR;
Manual stretches of 1 minute each (2 to 3x right, left, front, down);
150-200 JELQ’s.
Materials:
Philipps 150W IR Lamp;
White underwear and socks (to protect the testicles);
Coconut oil;
I will break the routine in 3 days on and 2 off’s (from what I noticed last week, on each day, the strain rate drops every day on). If you see that it has not changed, I will keep 3 days on and 1 off.
