My erect length has almost caught up with the flaccid stretch length now, so there’s only about 1 cm/ half inch in difference. I have been doing some light hanging, around 600 grams for the most part, in 2-3 hour sessions while walking in the forrest, and some short session with up to 3 kg ( 6 pounds). I think it has had an impact on my gains in addition to the extending. I’m not done yet.
Thanks mate! Those are once again impressive gains. Good to hear that you can still grow, even if it happens at a slower pace :)
Yesterday for the first time in a long time, I was able to add 0,5cm pieces to the extender without discomfort or slippage. I don’t know why, but after this 2 week break my shaft is now a lot softer and malleable. I could stretch it further than before without feeling any kind of discomfort. I’m gonna now continue with the program I’ve been doing
15min pumping at 5gh 1min at 8hg at the end
I aim to 4h of extending a day. More if I have time
15min 5hg and 1min 8hg to end the day

I had a year off from PE last year due to all kinds of circumstances and now that I’ve started again there’s been a few changes to my routine, that I think might contribute to the girth growth.
I started heating my penis with hot water before starting. That has made it easier to use the extender. Another change is that I bought a pump and have been using it. I think that the pumping must be the biggest thing behind the girth gains. The extender gave me girth during the first year, but those stopped after 2cm. My length gains stopped after a while as well, but it seems and feels like they’ve resumed now too.
I don’t know why though. I think I should take this kind of longer breaks every now and then to let it rest? I’m no scientist and no expert in this by any means. Just testing different things and seeing what works. Hope that answers the question :)
