I’ve backed off a bit off my PE routine, in order to focus on absolutely murdering my cardio regimen, which I am. I went from barely able to do an hour of treadmilling a day, to now easily doing 100 minutes when I get on the treadmill. I basically do brisk walking, so I don’t go fast, but I do knock out 6 miles whenever I go for that long. As my weight decreases, I will eventually probably get that number up higher, but I’m really interested in speed-walking for now until I reach a time when I can run like a gazelle, for long distance, which I’ve never really been able to, honestly. Things are much different though now. I’ve never felt healthier in my life, and my use of supplements and eating insanely healthy has really got me feeling perfect all the time.
I also now get a lot of rest, and since online school will begin soon, I will be getting that money. I definitely feel much better today, so I am sure that I will begin my PE routine again soon, maybe tonight or tomorrow. My PE routine is easy to do when I feel as great as I do, so I will make sure to keep killing it in the gym. For now, I’m really focused on achieving my goal of 2% body fat, and I’m really sure that I will be able to reach that in less than a years time, by simply committing myself to what I’m doing. I also will eventually begin machine-weight training, when my stamina gets higher, and when I’ve lost enough of the fat off of my body since machine-weight training reduces the amount of running that I can do, so I have to make progress in my body, before worrying about building muscle.
I ran a calculator of calories that I burn when I do 6 miles. I burned 1000 calories each time I do that. The funny thing is that the only real calories that I’m getting in my body now, are really mostly chicken patties that have 0 fat. I eat those things, and they satisfy my need to eat meat. I also get 4 orders of beef-fried rice on the weekends and make those last throughout the week. Everything else is just drinking vegetable blend, my protein shake (with kiwi, almond milk, Isopure, water, and Creatine Matrixes), and my various supplements, which I will eventually list. I look forward to adding VPX Redline Energy Drink, which is honestly the strongest energy drink I have ever drank. It is like liquid crack. Considering mere coffee was responsible for getting me from doing 60 minutes to 100 minutes, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m doing 2 hours a day, on the treadmill in no time.
The purpose of this is simple: Get to my target weight as fast as possible, while simultaneously training my brain and mind to endure systematic, regular, intense, hard work, every day, and learning to enjoy it, and be prepared for it, and to prepare my body to always be in ketosis, and to accelerate healing, when it comes time to replenish my glycogen and testosterone levels. I’m also having tremendous success in laying off masturbation. My end goal is to fuck 100-300 women a year anyway, so I’m willing to sacrifice for quite a while, in order to reach my end goals. I plan on using my dick, whatever size it is (probably will be pretty big by then because, to be honest, I’ve gotten some results already, but haven’t measured, since I’m not obsessed with that), and really fucking a lot, when I reach my money/education/fitness/sexual mastery/seduction mastery goals.
