I’ve backed off a bit off my PE routine, in order to focus on absolutely murdering my cardio regimen, which I am. I went from barely able to do an hour of treadmilling a day, to now easily doing 100 minutes when I get on the treadmill. I basically do brisk walking, so I don’t go fast, but I do knock out 6 miles whenever I go for that long. As my weight decreases, I will eventually probably get that number up higher, but I’m really interested in speed-walking for now until I reach a time when I can run like a gazelle, for long distance, which I’ve never really been able to, honestly. Things are much different though now. I’ve never felt healthier in my life, and my use of supplements and eating insanely healthy has really got me feeling perfect all the time.

I also now get a lot of rest, and since online school will begin soon, I will be getting that money. I definitely feel much better today, so I am sure that I will begin my PE routine again soon, maybe tonight or tomorrow. My PE routine is easy to do when I feel as great as I do, so I will make sure to keep killing it in the gym. For now, I’m really focused on achieving my goal of 2% body fat, and I’m really sure that I will be able to reach that in less than a years time, by simply committing myself to what I’m doing. I also will eventually begin machine-weight training, when my stamina gets higher, and when I’ve lost enough of the fat off of my body since machine-weight training reduces the amount of running that I can do, so I have to make progress in my body, before worrying about building muscle.

I ran a calculator of calories that I burn when I do 6 miles. I burned 1000 calories each time I do that. The funny thing is that the only real calories that I’m getting in my body now, are really mostly chicken patties that have 0 fat. I eat those things, and they satisfy my need to eat meat. I also get 4 orders of beef-fried rice on the weekends and make those last throughout the week. Everything else is just drinking vegetable blend, my protein shake (with kiwi, almond milk, Isopure, water, and Creatine Matrixes), and my various supplements, which I will eventually list. I look forward to adding VPX Redline Energy Drink, which is honestly the strongest energy drink I have ever drank. It is like liquid crack. Considering mere coffee was responsible for getting me from doing 60 minutes to 100 minutes, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m doing 2 hours a day, on the treadmill in no time.

The purpose of this is simple: Get to my target weight as fast as possible, while simultaneously training my brain and mind to endure systematic, regular, intense, hard work, every day, and learning to enjoy it, and be prepared for it, and to prepare my body to always be in ketosis, and to accelerate healing, when it comes time to replenish my glycogen and testosterone levels. I’m also having tremendous success in laying off masturbation. My end goal is to fuck 100-300 women a year anyway, so I’m willing to sacrifice for quite a while, in order to reach my end goals. I plan on using my dick, whatever size it is (probably will be pretty big by then because, to be honest, I’ve gotten some results already, but haven’t measured, since I’m not obsessed with that), and really fucking a lot, when I reach my money/education/fitness/sexual mastery/seduction mastery goals.

1/30/2017 - 40 minutes of Stretching/Jelqing/Kegels.

No running today. I wasn’t able to sleep last night because my energy levels skyrocketed over the past few days. And I haven’t even started with the Redline Energy Drink yet.

Getting a $1000 tax refund back, so basically $960 after subtracting Turbotax costs for processing my taxes. That added to the $200 or so I should expect from another source, in addition to probably getting my first School Stipend check, means that February is looking like a big month, but March (when I get the stipend check) will be even bigger. Later this year, I expect SSI to kick in, but I will probably work delivering pizza or tutoring Calculus. Either way, money should not be an issue after a while.

I am also shedding a ton of weight. The difference is clear, in the mirror. I’ve really minimized my food intake and committed to just getting in shape before I can eat a more normal, and yet still extremely healthy, diet. In all honesty, I’m actually enjoying what I’m doing now because I know that no matter what I eat, once I get on that treadmill, I’m going to burn at least 1000 calories. It’s fucking great.

I will focus on updating every Sunday now. I see no need to update every day. This is meant to record my progress, not to be some ego-boosting trip when I feel proud of myself for doing my PE routine, so that people can congratulate me every day. Since it is about the journey, not the grind, I need to be motivated by the grind on my own, while recording the journey, regularly, but not daily.

I have definitely learned 2 things about PE and bodybuilding. I seem to benefit from a total comprehensive effort when it comes to both. I don’t benefit as much, in terms of results, if I only do a PE routine, and I don’t use Innerwear, Pumps, or a Stretching Device. I feel that this is something that I have to recognize as a reality. I do see benefits, but I’m certain that I would benefit from a comprehensive routine. If I had a complete setup, then I would not have anything that I lack, and I would be able to either get solid to great results, or simply realize that it’s not meant to be. From the improvements I’ve seen so far, I’m sure it will be the former, not the latter.

As far as bodybuilding goes, I definitely am in much better shape, and able to do far more work, but I haven’t lost enough weight, and the physical changes aren’t enough. I definitely need to incorporate machine weights and also dumbells, and a more comprehensive routine. I also need to forget about winning the Bodyspace challenge, as my primary motivation. My motivation should be to give myself the best chance to win, but to focus on a complete routine, that I make sure to work at daily, with emphasis on daily consistency.

I have definitely leveled up in terms of my commitment to both. I have mentally transitioned into being comfortable with applying the effort to both every day. I now know that I’m in a position where I can’t really go back. I need these changes to happen, and I know that only time and hard work will make them happen. I am learning all the other things that help me spend my time more usefully, and I’m finally being able to incorporate more of them. I will focus on gaining employment in a few months also, but I need to get some results in all of this before I focus on that. I have some money coming in, so I will be getting both the Bathmate Xtreme X30 and the Penilizer Pro Complete Setup. I will get the weight extender setup for the Penilizer pro, later, along with replacement parts, and more of the Penimaster Creams. I also plan on getting some Prosolution Pills and Volume Pills for personal reasons. Also considering some other things, as money becomes more available.

If I get lucky, then Money stops being an issue around middle of March. If I’m less lucky then it will be in middle of May. If I’m unlucky, then it will be until I get a job. However, I am convinced that I will get a job. And I plan on working hard, towards that goal, and getting my Devry degree. I will parlay that degree into getting into Rice eventually, or even just transition into getting the triple Business major from CTU Online, and parlay those degrees. There are lots of things to consider.

I’m having a TERRIFIC time of late. I realized I had been taking certain things too seriously, and I anticipate that I will be able to keep up with my current efforts at PE and Bodybuilding, and exceed my previous hard work. I’ve improved tremendously in terms of my physical and mental energy. As far as dealing with stress, I’ve never been better, and I improve every day, learning new tricks.

I’m really focusing on listening to great music, watching TV and movies, and I’m finally going to start gaming again. When i get money, I plan on doing lots of Twitch streaming and Tubing. I don’t care about the money, when it comes to this. I know that the best content comes from people who aren’t obsessed with monetization. The goal is just to be very creative from now on, and really create an absolutely massive social/sexual network, and to really have fun with a lot of new friends. I will be doing a lot of creative writing, screenwriting, and writing erotica as well. I always did all of these things well, so I look to have a lot of fun.

I find that when I give a lot of effort towards all of these things, that I always get a lot of great results, in terms of feeling great, and also getting feedback from many people. I’m also going to be experimenting with spoken audio recordings of my writing, along with recording audio for self-motivation type things, that I can listen to.

The PE and bodybuilding will resume either today or tomorrow. It’s Friday now, and I plan on doing some PE today. I might leave the bodybuilding for tomorrow. I will be getting a new batch of supplements soon, and I already have quite a bit of the ones I need anyway. I can’t wait for the VPX Redline Energy’s. It’s like Liquid Crack (Don’t do crack, though. It’s not a good idea at all, lol)

Having a lot of fun. Also working very hard, and annihilating my chores. I love all the free time, but I also look forward to finally getting to work a job later this year. I plan on having fun with quite a few women, college chicks, strippers, and working girls.

I agree. I realized that the best way is to focus on actually being creative and entertaining first, and having a lot of fun with it, and making sure that the energy/fun comes across in Twitch, before worrying about making lots of money from it. To be honest, when it comes to things like Twitch/Youtube and even porn, I’ve always had a preference for people who come across as if they genuinely enjoy what they are doing, and not just being total professionals. It’s why I loved Seymore Butts porn for example. As far as Twitch goes, since it is dependent on live streaming, as well as archived videos of the streams, I will use it to just have fun and interact with new people. I’m active with just going out and chasing new experiences in real life, and putting myself out there. My ideal friends would be people who bodybuild and are also hedonistic like me and looking to actively chase great experiences, both sexual and non-sexual. It is my priority to make at least one great memory every day and to keep track of that in blogs and vlogs.

As far as my weight goals go, I started at 350 pounds, and I’m down to 288. So 62 pounds lost. I’m aiming for 220 pounds when all is said and done. Whatever 2% body fat is, is something I’m committed to, now that I’ve learned the effects of fat on estrogen levels in men, as well as the effects of muscle mass on testosterone levels, and vice versa. I’m glad that my dietary, supplement, and pharmaceutical regimen have combined to such great results, but I’m actually much happier that it is clear that my improvements are actually accelerating in an exponential way, with me being more mentally capable of things that I wasn’t in the beginning. My mental strength improvements are much easier to notice now. I am clearly improving in that area, and it is very noticeable. Motivation and happiness are much better, and I brush negativity and negative things off much more easily. It’s great to be able to notice that not only can you do more today than you could months ago, but that it is easier for you to push yourself harder to do even more now than you were able to before. That is a very hard thing to describe to people, but it is the difference between someone who hits a wall in losing weight and someone who can reach the highest goals.

I did 40 minutes of jelqing the other day. It was pretty easy and natural. I had done 8 miles earlier in the day as well. I’m about to go do some gym work now, and after I will do my PE routine.

I won’t be getting the Bathmate/Penimaster Pro/Jelq Device/Volume Pills till about 2 weeks. So I’ll be patient for now. I look forward to getting great results, since I’ve been able to be regular with my routine, and I will benefit from not having to worry about not being comprehensive enough with my effort. The only thing I won’t have access to is hanging since I don’t think hanging is necessary or smart at this stage. I will benefit from that much later, in a few months. However, I feel that while the Newbie Routine alone is great, I have a belief that what I have planned while incorporating a solid routine will get me better results in both the short and long-term. I get far more motivated when I can dedicate a complete effort, as opposed to limiting myself to a partial effort, since my will to improve is far higher than most people. I lose motivation when I can’t give my all, but when I can give my all, I am 10 times more motivated than even the hardest workers.

I’m looking forward to this because I’ve realized that I am at my happiest and most satisfied when I work intensely hard. Bodybuilding and PE require a lot of true dedication, and since my goals in both are so high, I gain tremendous satisfaction and peace of mind from just putting the necessary work in and improving my motivation every day. My life quality has improved tremendously. I also have grown quite close to a female friend of mine, who has been incredibly supportive. She is my best friend, and it’s great that I don’t have to worry about being in a relationship with her, despite getting the chance to fuck a lot of chicks with her help, and also doing a lot of sexual things with her. It’s strange that being best friends with a lesbian has opened this door for me. Life is just fucking awesome now, and it keeps improving as I focus on just working harder than hell every day.

BTW, I haven’t measured myself, but aesthetically speaking, I’m a bit larger, in terms of both girth and length, but it’s mostly from EQ quality improving dramatically, than from actual size gains. But EQ increases when the tissue becomes more malleable, and able to absorb more blood, so I’ve definitely gained size.

However due to my inconsistent PE, I will be measuring in April, instead. After that I will measure every Sunday, since I will be doing a comprehensive daily routine by then, and keeping track of measurements will be important.

I have been consistent with my nutrition and exercise, and my goals in this have increased. I have figured out many ways to be a professional bodybuilder, and this is now a major focus of mine because I have many other ways of making money. Bodybuilding will simply be part of the different ways that I make a living since it enhances every other thing. I plan on spelling out my plans in more detail, but I will tackle this on my own.

I decided to focus on getting results on my own, without updating constantly on here. I feel that there is something questionable about daily posts about my routine. Almost like, spending the time (as little as it is) posting about jelqing, is time better spent ACTUALLY jelqing, or doing something even more productive. That is why I like when the vets are more active with their posts. They actually have gotten great results. Guys like me, who are just starting, need to do more reading/PE, and less posting, except if we’re gathering information and asking questions. Since I’m done with the asking questions/gathering information phase, for the most part, I will focus on updating probably every 2 weeks, about what I’m doing. Posting something at that rate is not a waste of time. It’s also a great time to do regular measurements.

My tax refund was delayed for reasons beyond my control, but it’s officially on its way. I will be purchasing the Penomet Penis Pump along with the complete Penimaster Pro Traction Device Kit. Those will be the only 2 purchases related to PE that I will be making for now, but I plan on also purchasing a hanging kit. I’ve definitely come around to the fact that a hanging kit will eventually be necessary, even though I may not be totally ready for one now. I saw a video with the jelqer Kingsnake (who was banned from this forum apparently), and he was using a partial hanging kit, called the ADS device. I will be buying that device, along with a complete hanging kit, from the website that they sell the hanging kit. I won’t name them, since I’m not sure what the rules are of posting about websites.

There’s a famous porn star, that I’ve gotten to know very well. We became friends, but she’s back in Cali now. I won’t say the name, but when I say porn star, I mean legit porn star goddess, so more of the type of woman that is an actual bombshell, as opposed to the regular porn chicks that guys obsess over (like Sasha Grey or Mia Khalifa). She’s a fitness freak, and so am I. She has a very fit bodytype, and enhanced size G breasts, that look perfect. Many pornstars are actually not very fit, and not even very healthy, having all sorts of bad habits. She’s much different. A true fellow fitness freak, swimmer, and bodybuilder. I’m moving to Cali for other reasons (school, lifestyle…..oh and because it’s Cali), but having the avalanche of guaranteed sex that is coming (not just with her, but other women I’m in contact with), is honestly a great thing.

I’ve made a commitment to completely transforming my body, and it is going fantastically perfect, in all ways. The results are absolutely tremendous. I can now do things that are honestly hard to describe. And as far as sex goes, even though I’m being abstinent for now, I’ve gone from being able to ejaculate only twice in a day, months ago, to about 5 times, over the course of a few hours of “personal time,” and I haven’t even hit 10% of my bodybuilding/fitness goals. When I get in perfect shape, especially if I get the penis size that I want, I honestly can’t imagine the things I’m going to do with women, especially when looking the part of a stud.

I’ve never been more dedicated to bodybuilding and jelqing than I am right now. I am lucky in that I get to focus on these 2 things, and pretty much whatever else I want to, since I have all the free time in the world. I’ve realized just how lucky I am. Many guys would kill for my situation. I am also glad that I am taking advantage of it, since I may not have this situation forever, so I need to improve my body/mind/finances in any way that I can, so that I can really have the life that I want to live. That being said, I’m getting a lot of great work done in all those areas. I’m also focusing on learning Spanish and French at the same time, and perfecting my knowledge of programming/coding, and practicing my memory improvement stuff. I’m doing great.

So much less posting is doing very well for me. I’m getting a lot done. Will post again in about 2 weeks.
