Hey. I’m going to be tracking my progress, and my sessions here. I will update frequently since I will make sure to always log my daily sessions. I want a place where I can do this, in a public way, in order to encourage myself to keep up with the disciplined hard work, and getting results. I will be tracking PE results, and posting daily updates on what PE I did in the day, lengths of time, Kegels, etc. I will also on occasion, post my weight progress. I will eventually post links to my Bodyspace, where I will have pictures of my fitness transformation. I’m actually entered into their contest, and I plan on winning it by just working very hard.

I do kegels when I do my PE. That way, I’m getting better erections, and also getting in some guaranteed kegels, so that if I don’t do some later, then I’ve at least done some already. My PE routine basically is a mixture of standard jelquing, penis stretching techniques, and jelquing. I can’t name the specific techniques that I’m using yet, but if you’ve watched jelquing videos, or jelq yourself, then you get the idea. I’m not using the advanced techniques just yet. I’m really focused on getting results from the basics, and then moving on as necessary.

I’m a beginner, and my results will come from dedication, and putting that work in, rather than buying every Penis contraption in the world. However, the reason I was able to get 37 minutes (much longer than my usual before) was because I started using Vaseline Body Oil Gel with Cocoa Butter. I read that Cocoa Butter is usually advised for Penis Exercises, along with a lubricant. I looked up body oil gel, and found a product by Vaseline that is basically a combination of body oil gel, cocoa butter, and various moisturizers.

It is absolutely perfect. It improved my routine by a factor of 3. It was just much easier to jelq, and stretch. I found myself very motivated throughout the routine. Also because I use a personal heater, in the past when I used body oil, the oil absorbed too much heat and made my routine quite uncomfortable. I have absolutely Zero problem with the body oil gel, when it comes to absorbing heat. It gets just warm enough to actually help keep my penis wark and stretchy, and also absorbs just perfectly right into the skin, in order to be able to maintain a grip, and maneuver and jelq accordingly.

When I was done, I could tell it was a great workout because my flaccid hang was pretty great. I’ve found that you can tell when you have had a great PE workout, much like when you have had a great body workout. I feel length of time is usually pretty important for both. I feel that 30-45 minutes, for my routine, with this improvement of the Vaseline Body Oil Gel, will make it much easier, from now on, to do my routine.

Another thing that I’ve noticed is that I don’t masturbate to porn as much, ever since beginning my bodybuilding/PE regimen. The reason isn’t because of the issues pointed out by members on this website. There is nothing wrong with masturbating to porn, as long as you have a healthy actual sex life, and aren’t addicted. Addiction isn’t really a relative thing, in my opinion, and you know when someone is addicted. I know when I’m addicted to something, and porn was definitely one of those things in the past, with masturbation being a bit less so. When you ejaculate (when I do anyway, and most guys I’m sure) your body doesn’t operate at the same level physically, as when you are “full of cum” so to speak.

I find that as I get fitter, this is definitely something that is less of an issue, when I ejaculate, but because I feel so fantastic, and so optimal, when I don’t ejaculate, and because I’m developing much better mental control over focusing on work over pleasure to transform my body/penis, and also because I actually get to watch a lot more porn, which I watch while I’m doing my penis exercises, there is a certain level of ease I have with not needing to masturbate as much. I’m already rubbing myself and massaging my erect dick when I jelq/stretch while watching porn. Ejaculation becomes something that is not necessary for me, as I focus on getting PE results. There is also the aspect of “training” your dick and mind, improving mentally how to keep and get your dick hard, without trying to ejaculate. I’m pretty sure that this will be very useful, when I begin to be more active with my sex life, again, months from now.

Did 45 minutes of Penis Exercises today. Mixed in some kegels. I definitely have noticed the effect of even the small amount of kegels I did last time. I will now focus on doing kegels separate from my jelqing, along with during my jelqing.

I have noticed that my erections don’t go away anymore. I suspect this is a result of the combination of really pushing myself in the gym, along with metabolizing all the supplements that I take, along with Mirapex. The Vaseline Cocoa Butter Body Oil Gel has been a godsend. I use porn for my long jelqing sessions, so I actually get to enjoy porn now, technically watching more of it because I’m not fast-forwarding through scenes, just to get to the “good part” and blow my load, and I now enjoy it far more.

My dick definitely is beginning to “give,” hang lower and longer. It feels stretchier, and my erections are full. Not only are they full, but they stay full, and protuberant for a long period of time. The erections were definitely there far longer than before. I had to jelq longer because I try to get the best jelquing when I’m at 80-90% erect, but I’ve come to realize that jelqing at 100% also has its benefits since I believe it increases the sensitivity of the skin of my penis.

I’ve never been more aroused and hard than today, while jelqing. I’m surprised I had the willpower not to jerk off afterward. I would have if I wasn’t going to work out later. I’ve given up on the notion of not masturbating during my weeks/months of jelqing. I honestly feel like it is an extremist thing to do. I feel that the reason guys who abstain from jerking off get better gains is that they are full of cum, so to speak, which means their testosterone levels are maxed out. Bodybuilders like me have elevated testosterone levels, and I’m constantly making more testosterone and sperm because of my lifestyle.

I’ve been eating healthy, but not just that, actually eating enough calories. I was initially focused on cutting down on calories, but I’ve come to realize that with my plans of both losing weight and building muscle, I benefit more from actually just eating relatively regularly, while reducing my caloric intake by just a bit, and making sure to eat food that has all my daily nutrition values. I’ve given up on any notion of veganism, or partial veganism. I always feel weaker when I try that, and I find no use for it. I think using almond milk instead of dairy is the better choice, but I still definitely eat meat. The good thing is that I’m processing all my food so much better, that I no longer worry about eating. I just don’t overeat.

The combination of pushing myself to the limit with my bodybuilding/workout regimen, eating healthy (but eating enough, and eating meat, and rice, vegetables, high fibre protein shakes, fruits, water, juice, etc), and actually exceeding my expectations of the lengths and quality of my jelqing sessions that I expected of myself, I feel very emotionally and psychologically satisfied every day now. The working out also has the benefit of amplifying my endorphin levels to the maximum. I honestly feel terrific, and I’m getting in great shape, and nothing really fazes me anymore because I am 100% zen-like focused on all of my long-term goals, and I’m tackling them by living in the present and being in the moment. The moment is what is truly important to me. I try not to waste time anymore, but when I have to rest, I definitely rest, but I improve every day.

Definitely enjoying how worked out my penis feels right now. I’m learning the things that indicate a great workout. No pain down there, but definitely worked out and stretched. Putting Stealth Innerwear on now. Going to hit the gym later and knock out 75 more minutes on Treadmill, and some machine-weight stuff, and barbells.

I definitely need to start making more money because I would love to eat Chinese Food, as in Pork, Beef, or Chicken-Fried Rice every day. Their Meat-Fried Rices have all the things that are great for bodybuilding and testosterone levels. Great carbs and protein and oils. Also I would love to buy a Penis Pump, as my next purchase. Not ready for an extender just yet. But definitely a great pump.

I was able to get in an hour of PE yesterday, for the first time in my life, without it feeling like it was the biggest challenge, or particularly special. What was great about it was the fact that my hands are becoming stronger, and I can definitely see myself being able to replicate this every day. It honestly feels great, especially now that I’m abstaining from ejaculation. It’s helping the bodybuilding as well.

Also, I was looking up different things when it comes to sex/sex records/sexual health/sexual mastery. I’ve begun to realize that I need to channel the energy of my hypersexuality in a positive, active way. I feel that there are many possible ways in which to do this. I will definitely be exploring many of them in the months to come.

I noticed that I was a bit small for the Innerwear at first, but now after getting some consistent JKS in, I’m actually fitting in quite well into the Stealth. I look forward tremendously to the day that I need to upgrade the Stealth because I’m too big for it. I really enjoy the product. It gives me a feeling of being very proactive with the hard work I’m already putting in.

I look forward to being able to get a Penis Pump, now that I’m seeing the benefits of JKS alone. I will be getting the PMP also, as my extender, as recommended by srsabpe. Semen volumizer pills and ProSolution Gel/Pills for maximum erection quality help. The bodybuilding supplements are already a tremendous boost, as well as my consistent cardio and bodybuilding routine. I haven’t given up on winning the Bodyspace contest, but I’m now more focused on the year-long transformation, not just my 3-month progress since this will be a life-long thing that I’m committed to, with all of my plans.

I’m 34 years old now. I want to be able to outperform what I am now when I’m 40 years old, and to do the same to my 40 year old self, when I’m 50 years old, by being in beyond perfect shape, and utilizing all available technological advancements. I also have done reading on sexual mastery, and things that only very special people can do when it comes to sex, ejaculation, sexual stamina, etc. I’m motivated by sexual mastery to the point that I realize that I may want to study aspects of it in University, from the subject of sexuality to physiology, mastering everything necessary about sex and the human body.

I’ve had goals like this for a long time, and while I’m interested in a tech career, involving programming and web development, I must say that my passion lies in the fields of sexuality, physical fitness, nutrition, and performance enhancement utilizing pharmaceutical drugs/nootropics/supplements/HGH and IGF-1 short-term treatment.

One thing I also anticipate is real advances in Penis Enlargement, not related to Penis Exercises, and our manual approach. I’m interested in the advances that are inevitably going to be made, while also hoping that I won’t even need to use them, except if we’re talking about being able to make my dick vibrate (smiles).

Much like PE, and bodybuilding, my motivation to learn Spanish turns out to be sex. I guess Evolution is definitely true, when it comes to what drives all biological lifeforms.

I played with ProSolution, Semenax and an HGH supplement, many years ago in my extender days come to think of it. Which I suspect the 1st and 3rd were the same company. I was never sure exactly what good they did, though ProSolution seemed like expensive but lower powered libido aid.

The expense was so incredible for a year supply it wasn’t justifiable though I got on L-Arginine, the main ingredient in the HGH and Pro Solution (if I recall correctly) as a result, cuz it seemed to be the bulk of what was actually paid for when I got the pills.

Interesting. Good to know. From what I’ve read about Semenax, it is kind of a low-quality Sperm volumizer. I think I wrote down that I was going to go with Volume Pills. I read the ingredients, and multiple reviews. It seems to be the better one. Since they cost about exactly the same for a year supply, I will wait till my money is right, and gamble on a year supply.

In all honesty, when it comes to the ProSolution Pills, I may decide to just go with the ProSolution Gel. I use different gym supplements that already have the ingredients in Prosolution Pills. I need to compare the doses and amounts in each pill, and things of that nature, in order to figure out if there are better, less expensive ways to get what I need. As far as the Gel goes though, I feel it is worth the investment since I’m definitely not using Androgel.

‘m guessing the HGH supplement that you probably used was the one by Crazy Bulk. Years ago, and even now, they probably made a killing because they have great packaging of their products, until you read the ingredients. A perfect example of the fact that packaging and advertising is 90% of the battle for the actual sales of a product. Yes, to be honest, they make shitty, overpriced supplements. I’m like you are probably now. I read the labels very carefully. Many companies really try to pull the wool over your eyes.

Whether it comes to sex supplements or workout supplements or nootropic supplements, it definitely pays to read the labels. Luckily, as years go by, I’ve found that companies are making some terrific, powerful supplements that actually work very well. When you combine supplements with other methodologies, great results will always follow. I’ve lost 57 pounds just because of dietary changes, and supplement use. I haven’t scratched the surface of my current bodybuilding routine. Still in the tortured phase of it, where I have to mentally power through beginner’s progress to the sweet spot, and eventual mastery.

I’ve found 2 very high-quality HGH supplements that I can honestly recommend though, but they are quite expensive. Will run you about $180/month for both of them, but the ingredient list is really excellent, and in the end, it’s really all about the ingredients. If you’re doing a bodybuilding routine, these 2 supplements can definitely accelerate results. In combination with actual HGH therapy and IGF-1 therapy, I’m pretty sure my bodybuilding results would accelerate. I plan on considering many options as money gradually becomes a non-issue, which seems to be happening gradually. I’m very patient.

@Aboveallothers: I don’t know if someone already suggested it to you but If you are interested in sexual stamina and everything around improving your sexual experience I suggest reading Mantak Chia’s “The Multi-Orgasmic Man”. It is a real eye opener on what is possible.

I hadn’t tracked my progress in the past few days.

My last workout was basically me doing an hour of stretching, and realizing that I have some PE routines that I can do that don’t require porn, even before I get a Penis Pump and a Stretcher. I plan on doing a stretching only routine, separate from a jelqing routine.

That workout turned out to be a great one because I did 1100 kegels. It wasn’t really that hard since it was really more about me focusing on doing it, than the actual difficulty of it. My attention wasn’t very good for a long time, ever since the ECT, but I’ve made tremendous progress, just in the last few months alone. I made the addition of adding coffee/caffeine to my nutrition regimen, and in all honesty, my attention, energy, focus, and motivation have all been transformed. This fedback on me also having literally the best workout that I’ve had in years. At first, my body was rebuilding cum from having jerked off the night before, so I wasn’t at my best even when I worked out with the coffee. In fact I was a bit worried about the fact that I struggled to do 3.58 miles. I rested for a day, and finally worked out today. I hadn’t jerked off in between, and I was “full of cum” so to speak, and at excellent T-levels (testosterone), and honestly just kicked ass on the Treadmill. I was able to do 5.3 miles easily. Like easily, as opposed to struggling like the day before. I also figured out what speeds to work out at, to optimize my workout, and also I had success in actually sticking to them, instead of trying to burn myself out. Being able to focus enough for these long workouts, is related to the attention boost that the coffee has given me. It has been excellent for me. It really boosts all the other supplements and nootropics that I use along with the Mirapex.

I know 5.3 miles isn’t that much for most people, but to be honest, I will be doing that literally every day, and that is not something that even some of the fittest people are committed to doing. I aim to be able to build up to a solid 6 miles a day eventually, but I will try to just do whatever I can do in 90 minutes on the treadmill a day. I plan on really testing myself and pushing past most people’s thoughts of how much work can be expected of a person who really optimizes their nutrition/supplements/drugs/nootropics like I do. I will focus on doing whatever feels natural, as opposed to torturing myself, and today felt very natural, and I’m sure that I can repeat something similar once a day, along with doing seperate weight training for my arms, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and pectoral muscles. Also, whenever I do my muscle training, I plan on doing some work on the exercise bike as well.

All of this really feeds back on my new results in being able to do more than 1000 kegels a day, along with making consistent improvements in my PE routine. Honestly, I’m kicking so much ass in life lately. Not to mention, I always have all the women in my black book, that I plan on going through like a total Fuck-Storm, when I reach all my results, after my current self-imposed ongoing body-transformation sabbatical. This doesn’t even count all the women I will be fucking, just by being social and being in “hunter” mode. Fuck the friend-zone. I’m really figuring out many things in life at the moment. I have never gotten anything but stellar results when I’m in this mental state of being super-motivated. I will never turn it off ever again, and I have very legitimately perfect reasons for why I know that the bad days are all officially behind me. I look forward to all that comes next.
