Advice On My Progress
Hello guys.
I have been peing since 1/8/2019 and I have a very good understanding about pines anatomy,
So it is been 45 days since I started..
I measure very carefully and all the same way.
I was doing basics stretches along with internal stretch for 8 min.. And slow jelqs for 10_15 min
2 days on 1 day off.. After two weeks I started to change things up like crazy because I gained 0.3 inches in length and non of girth.. The last month I have been doing girth work every other day and added compressor exercise.. And stretches more often.. But I know that I took 15 day off during this month but they we were not in row. Anyhow and I made 0.5 inches in girth!!
So what do you suggest? After I saw that I gain girth by taking a rest between and I gain length doing almost daily stretch.. It seems like I found what works for me but I am still not sure enough.
