I’ve been lurking these forums for a few days now, trying out the exercises and reading the best posts that stand the test of time. I was on the fence about doing any PE workouts, as I was very comfortable with my size. Sure, I’m a bit obsessed with big dick porn, but I felt like mine was perfectly good.

Starting Length: 7 Inches

Starting Girth: 6 Inches (This is a bit misleading, as I measured around the middle where it swells. Its no more then 5 inches through most)

Then the girl I’m seeing told me her last boyfriend had eight inches, and it triggered traumatic early-teenage flashbacks of my friend who had nine inches. I want to conquer those demons, and have a body more like the men I admire.

I’ll admit, my odds don’t look too good. There was a very good post I read which seemed to convincingly point out that those who start off larger don’t see as much gains, and the most people can generally expect is an inch of length and a half inch of girth. But I’m basically willing to try anything (safe) and I have the time. Here’s what I’ve been doing (all with kegels).

Manual Stretching is pretty simple and easy, and I can do it pretty much any time during the day (Even on the job). I’m getting the red bumps, which I take to mean I’m doing it mostly right.

Jelqing is.. Challenging for me. So far I’ve only done dry jelqs, so I suppose I should get some lotion, but the issue I’m having is that when I go in to grip the base after finishing a pump, there’s no way to stop the connecting flesh from my scrotum from being pulled up with it, and a third stroke from there is impossible without nearly grabbing my balls.

Compression! I love compression so far. I like how inflated it makes me look, and I like the nice stretched feeling afterwards. I am worried that it will only end up making the bulge in the center of my penis bigger though.

I’m looking into getting an ADS extender (x4, but I’m open to recommendations) and a pump. So I would stretch either manually or with the extender, then pump (steadily increasing volume with time) and slap a cock ring on afterwards for good measure.

So as a final bit on goals..

Current goal? 8x6, but an even six instead of the bulging six.

Long term? Honestly I’d like to be as big as possible. Its a fetish. I barely even care about being able to fit inside somebody, but I doubt that will ever be a concern in this situation.

There is no reason to not believe in your gaining potential. Every dick is highly individual and the only way to find it out is to try.

With a 7x6, you would, by the way, probably be already welcome in the big dick movie industry ad actor! But I would very much recommend to give up this kind of movies and any comparison to others. You only put unnecessary pressure on your mind with that. And please stop believing stories about other guys dicks told to you unless you made yourself a proper BPEL measurement of their erect dicks. The saying is that women can’t estimate size correctly and men tend to brag. So just forget those stories.

As for starting, just beause you have more “mass to move”, I recommend you start rather on the linear newbie routine. The more gradual approach is a bit better suited as starting routine as the dick gets more time to get used to PE.

Use a lot of heat to prevent injuries. And think about jelqing - it is a basic but extremely beneficial method. Focus less on quantity and more on quality. 5min of jelqing is enough for the first month. But well done and slow jelqs. To prevent the stretching from the scrotum, you can slighty clamp the base with the other hand while you do a jelq movement.

Hey there Richard! Thanks for the thoughtful response. Since I last posted, my routine has become about 10 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing (I would have stuck with 5 but I wasn’t really feeling anything) and 5 minutes of compression. I wanted to go to ten minutes of compression but I was starting to feel pain so I stopped.

I haven’t heard it mentioned here, but has anybody else experienced an increase in libido from PE workouts? Normally I get the urge to masturbate about three or four times a day, but now that I’m doing the workouts on my rest days I’ve been needing to take care of things around 10 times.

Well, I can do the jelqing just fine if I only use one hand, but all the guides I read said to have the second hand ready to go immediately after you finish the stroke with the first hand, and when I do that the skin bunches up too much. So gripping the base or whatever else works fine, but then I’m not using the proper ‘two handed’ style.

Why do you masturbate?
Sounds like a simple question, but there’s a lot behind it.

a) You may masturbate because you like the feeling when you have an orgasm (OK, who doesn’t?). But you like it so much that you feel the urge to repeat it over and over again. Now an orgasm creates a hormonal burst in your brain and those hormones gives you that great feeling. So, to say it in a simple way, you become dopamine-addicted (that’s the hormone I’m talking of). Like myself, being the smoker I am, I am nicotine-addicted. It is basically the same mechanism of addiction behind it. But there is a payback (there always is in addictions!), and in orgasm-addiction the payback can be a loss of stamina and even EQ. Because your focus is to come as fast as possible, regardless of the state your dick is in. Ask yourself how you feel just after you masturbated. And make a judgement about your level of orgasm-addiction. And by the way - porn consumption goes often in parallel with that kind of masturbation behaviour. So cutting porn is NOT a bad idea.

b) You may masturbate because you like pleasure. But then masturbation is more focused on quality during the masturbation and tends to stretch the pleasure feeling as long as possible over time. It is for our pleasure.

- their whole emotional capacity
- their eyes

Well, I do it a bit differently.
I slightly clamp the base with my hand while the other hands executes the jelq.
Just a slight clamp to avoid the skin slipping with the jelq, not more.
Then I switch hands and clamp first again before starting the movement with the other hand.

I hope this helps as explanation.

Wow Richard you’re just a champion, aren’t you? Your posts are very detailed and thought out. I appreciate you giving my thread some attention.

Before you gave me the ‘three motivations’ I would had said something along the lines of a mix between 3 and 1. Honestly, orgasms aren’t normally very powerful or enjoyable for me. But I get the urge to masturbate very often. I treat it like going to the restroom. Its not a powerful urge, but it is an urge to go deal with it. If we assume that despite it not feeling overly enjoyable, it still releases those chemicals in the brain, then I’m certainly in the number 1 camp. I suppose I can start limiting myself to once a day and see where that goes.

Hmm.. I guess I always knew that on some level, but I liked to HOPE that having a big one was important. Because I know I’m big. Its like, an objective measure that I am exceptional in. I’m objectively outstanding in very few ways, so having one of those be the least important part of a largely subjective process is a bit disheartening. I still appreciate the honesty.

So, progress report time!

I’ve been doing my work pretty consistently I can hold a kegal for 30 seconds now, I’ve learned how to V grip for stretching and things are going well. Shockingly, my penis has already evened out a lot. I don’t know if I’ve had any gains to my max size, but the rest of my penis is already starting to match the bulge in the middle. Currently I’m doing 10 minutes of Stretching, Jelqs and Compressions in that order.

I’m waiting on my next pay check to order a pump, a ADS and a cock ring to help out. I was looking at the x4 Labs stretcher but I’m open to ideas. Since I’m starting out bigger, I’m a bit concerned it only goes up to nine inches. I have no idea which pump to get, and am not sold on the x4 lab one just yet.
