Greetings. Welcome to my long reports (Sorry for the length and earliest post).
In General
Every Sunday, I will post my report in terms of EQ and PI. I’ll only measure and post it after a month as I want to focus more on EQ.
As I am circumcised, when my penis is erect, the measurement of my ideal penis should be as follow
*For the length: 9-10 in: Grabbing my penis in two hands (lower and upper parts), the demarcation should been seen above the circle made by index and thumbs at the upper part, meaning my shaft should be around 7-8 inches. The neck and the gland should make 2 inches.
*For the girth: 6.25-6.75in. The Index and the thumb should not be touching each other (or barely) when forming the OK sign around my penis.
My Story
I begin PEing since I was a late teenager, but it was mostly Jelqing and Squeezing on a “on and off” basis. I performed a newbie routine in 2003 from another website, but never as constantly or dedicatedly as many members here. I did make some noticeable changes, but was too bump out per moments to continue. I did continue to PEing during the years, but again on a “on and off” period.
After browsing several websites in the summer 2016, I’ve stumbled upon this one. After reading some of the post here, I’ve decided to register and to give me the chance to really achieve my goal, and to really consider it as Passionate Journey, rather than some quick fix, whether I’m may or may not be a hard gainer. I really want to ameliorate my EQ, and have some big gains also.
After August the 1st and the following 14 days, I’ve tried several methods, gauging what would work for me and what needed to be removed, added or tweaked in order to have a nice routine that for me. Several exercises and grips are not working for me at the moment, such as: The V grip or Overhand grip, Horse440, HJ9 or reverse one, Sadsak Slinky or Head. I’ve also encounter small bumps in the Wet and Dry Jelq departments, which I will re-put them in my routine in 4 weeks. Once I’ve listen more carefully to my body (my PI), I’ve come up with a routine that should work for me, reprising some elements that did worked in the past.
I will listen to my PI and check my EQ, because I’m too eager to have big gains right away. I will analyze in a month the Effectiveness and Efficiency of my routine.

Penis size: 7.25 in BP x 5.25 in EG (when I’m well aroused)
LOT: 6:00-7:00
Circumcised
My Physical Training, started 6 weeks ago
Mostly bodyweight, two exercises using resistance bands.
4 days a week in PM:
Monday and Wednesday : Chest/Triceps/Legs/Abs,
Tuesday and Thursday: Back/Biceps/Legs/Abs
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Rest
Supplements
*Generic super vitamin: once per day
*Whey protein shake: twice day on training day(AM and PM), once per day on rest day(AM)
My Goals
*Better Overall EQ
For the moment, here’s my EQ, depending on the mood:
Good to great: Ease of erections | Frequency of erections | Night and morning wood
Good but need some improvement: Hardness of erections
Medium to Good, need improvement: How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them | Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation)
*Ideal Penis size: 9.0-10.0 in BP x 6.25-6.75 in EG. Might change over time.
My Routine for the next 4 weeks
Training 4 days a week in AM, like my physical training
Week 1 Started on Monday August 15th.
No increase of set or reps or sec will be made for this week.
[**ERECTION SESSION, 85-95%**]
The increase will be made by 2 set per week after Week 1
-Two Hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth
The grip is as follow: One full hand grip at the lower part and a partial hand grip at the upper part of the shaft, not the neck nor the gland , until I can fully grasp my penis both full hands.
1 set comprise of 60 1sec mini-jelq/squeeze while performing a reverse Kegel
Starting at 8 sets, I re-heat the cloth and change hands positions before each set.
-ULI#3 with hot cloth, folded to cover up only the lower part of the shaft
1 set comprise of 10 reps of 1sec
Starting at 6 sets, I re-heat the cloth and change the hand before each set.
[**FLACCID SESSION, NOT ABOVE 30%**]
Increase will be made after week 1.
- Stretching up and doing 60 reps of 1sec Kegel (like in DLD Blaster)
Increasing 10 reps per week.
- BTC hold, A-Stretch, and V-Stretch, 60 seconds hold for each.
Increasing 10 seconds each per week
- RIGHT and LEFT JAI Stretch, each side 1 set of 15 reps
1 rep is 2 secs pull + 2 secs retract = 4 secs, so 15 reps would make 60 seconds
Dunno yet how to increase the reps.. Will figure out in week 2

MODIFICATION SECTIONS
Addition: nothing
Tweaking: ULI#3 will be made official on 3rd day
Removal:
-Double Erect Squeeze (Two ok signs, one below the gland, the other at the base of the shaft).
15 “mini-Jelq” or 15 sec hold. It’s overkill. It shall be remove on the 3rd day
