I've never been more motivated

Doing my routine every other day (try to do the rice sock every time unless I need to do everything in the shower.

Rice sock Warm Up
11: 45 second stretches (took it easy & slapped flaccid around for 15 seconds between) (down, left, right, up, strait, between legs left, between legs right, between legs strait, v-stretch left hand, v-stretch right hand, internal (behind the balls) stretch)
Approx 150 wet jelqs (sets of 20: alternating hands and grips)
5 repetitions of a girth exercise (not sure what its called, I picked it up during the summer of 2011 which is the last time I PE consistently)
Semi-erect “helicopters”
Two 15 second Ulis (one with each hand)
Warm Shower

After the helicopters I looked down and was genuinely shocked. It looked awesome. I know these are temporary gains but if that’s a preview of what I could eventually cement.. I’m all for that!

My wife has been a motivator recently too.

Also, She refereed to my erection as a “rod”.

What I meant was that women change moods. Sometimes they have moods where they prefer their man be more brutal, you know more manly and sometimes they just need their man to be romantic. Volume Change

I ran some numbers.

My approximate volume starting volume is 245 centimeters cubed.
At my goal’s size I would have an approximate volume of 289 centimeters cubed.

That would be 18% bigger. Is that actually noticable? I’ve attach identical pictures one 18% larger than the other.

Question about Rest Days

I’m doing a 5 days on (Monday - Friday) and 2 days off (Saturday - Sunday).

This is my first 2 days off. I’m concerned because my flaccid hasn’t been as puffy as it was during the week. Its kind of disconcerting as this was my main sign that I was on the right track.

So here is my question:
Should I be concerned or just trust that my body is taking care of things and get back to it on Monday?

A little about my experience so far:

During the work week I’ve experienced a little bit a soreness in the ligs from manual stretches (nothing major) but no “soreness” from jelqing.
Although, jelqing obviously made my flaccid much bigger during the week and has made my erection appear a bit thicker following sessions.

I’ve been doing really good warm ups and warm downs.
I’ve never jelqed at more than a 66% erection.
I’ve been sporting boxer-briefs.
I’ve also started working out this week at the gym (jogging and a few free weights) because I’m looking to lose some weight (currently at 245 lbs).
I’ve also been trying to keep it warm by wearing warm sweatpants while at home.
I’ve been drinking a lot of water and have been taking multi-vitamins, l-arginine (small amounts), zinc, and fish oil pills.

A little soreness is good. It means the ligaments are stretched good.

No matter how the penis looks you should take the rest days.

You can try having one day off without PE, but you will need something like one on one off or 2-3 on and one off, that is if you don’t want to take 2 days in a row off.

A slight boost in EL. Not a proof of concept yet but an interesting data point nonetheless.

Had a life interruption over this past weekend, but I’m back to my routine now.

A Few Questions

Any tips on maximizing flaccid gains?
My penis has a tendency to turtle up just a bit particularly more towards the head. A warmer day / warmer pants tend to help.

Also, back when I tried PE in the summer of 2011 I used to get red speckles on my cock. I don’t seem to get that now. I didn’t warm up back then.
Could it have something to do with my warm ups?

Where does the growth happen when you do jelqs?
I’ve started to notice very mild “stretch marks” just bellow the head.

Should the consistency of your cock start to change?
I noticed that it just sits a little differently over the balls (maybe is a bit more stretchy?)

Yes red dots. It is nothing. Ignore it. Heat will help you.

I think it happens to all the shaft proportionaly but if you are seeing stretch marks near the glans then maybe the skin is more sensitive there and it shows. I have stretch marks too. Everybody on PE probably has them.

Consistancy, no. Because ligaments stretch it is possible to feel that you penis is a little more out of the body than before and it probably is.

Marathon not Sprint

Itty bitty gains including Girth! A little disappointed but as long as the trend continues I’ll keep going.

Just starting to incorporate dry jelqs and slight resistance kegals into routines. Flaccid is hanging a bit bigger I think, makes those flat front business pants a bit more snug.

Tired of being Above Average.

.Want to be painfully obviously BIG.

Had a major life interruption. But maintained with light stretches and dry jelqs which has a least helped my flaccid length. Looking to get back on track. It seems I’m not a quick PE grower. And my Journey is going to be measured in years not weeks and months.

I’m still on the look out for bulge watchers, too. The best bulge watches I’ve gotten since starting PE:

1.
I was riding the public bus and two young Chinese girls got on. I had tighter jeans on and my flaccid was parked to the right.
One of them started staring directly at my bulge, while the other was glued to her phone and not paying attention. I don’t know how long she looked, because I didn’t want her to know I had caught her. However, a bit later in the bus ride I looked back her direction and she put both her index fingers out in front of her inches apart from each other then moved them apart from each other a few more inches (like she was trying to guesstimate my size). She nodded her head when she thought she had arrived, then she started using her phone too. She did this while she knew I was looking. I don’t think she ever looked again or gave it a second thought, but I’ll call that a confirmed bulge watch.

I was at the gym and had another confirmed bulge watch, I was jogging around the track with tight shorts on after a session and there were three early twenty girls who were all bit overweight walking the track as well. They kept taking turns looking over their shoulders at me and giggling whenever I would complete a lap and arrive behind them again. During the cool down laps, I was walking faster then them and right before passing them on the left. They all looked at my crotch at once. After I had passed, one of them said, “you should do that again”.

I also think I’ve gotten a few while at work. Story #2 is undeniable, but maybe the rest of it is in my head.. Maybe I’m obsessed.

Any words of advice to encourage a possible slow grower?
