i have just completed the newbie routine and seen some gains of around1/4 inch in length just doing downwards stretches and i was wondering how you made almost 2 inches of length gains and how long it took roughly?Thanks

ehlolol,

Neither myself nor LittleEngine gained any size from AM during the few months we tried it. I’m still using it here and there while doing normal PE, similar to how I might use kegels or firegoat rolls. I also may keep testing it out during decon breaks. It’s hard for me to point to any effects at all really. At one point I thought it might have boosted my sex drive / ejaculation volume but now that appears to have been unrelated. It also may have increased my EQ slightly but when I compare it to a normal edging routine then the increase is questionable.

Its main benefit so far seems to be for those who have low EQ.

I did the AM for ten weeks. Did it religiously. After just two or three weeks I was up to doing two thirty minute sessions per day. I saw an eighth inch, some days maybe three sixteenths of an inch in increased length. This was after probably eight weeks. It was increased length not via new tissue growth, but because of increased erection hardness. This of course makes the cylinder (penis) a bit more narrow as it is drawn longer. There’s a name for the effect, but it escapes me. The tricky thing about the Angion Method, is that the localized inflammation it causes really mimics a lot of the positive physiological indicators a person sees when they first start PE. Bigger flaccid, increased frequency and hardness of night time woodies, and that feeling of the heart beat in your glans after a session. Surely gains are around the corner? They are not.

As I say, it is just inflammation/irritation. A person can’t be blamed for thinking something is working. I believed something was working. I was really shocked when I measured after six weeks and there weren’t any real gains. I really expected and felt as if I had gained a half inch in length, at the least, and probably about a quarter in girth. But it wasn’t there. I’d call it the placebo effect, which it is in part, but also, there are real effects from doing the routine. Those effects are just swelling and the resulting effects of said swelling. The result are very deceptive. I’m not a new guy around here, and I really believed I was gaining.

Turns out I was not. Turns out no one has. I realized pretty early on, that the process the originator of the method was claiming was at work, was not possible. But I thought maybe the exercise would create a size increase, via some other mechanism. Because by the morning after my third workout, my morning wood was like shockingly, achingly hard. Now I have morning wood almost every day, and have never struggled with ED in the slightest, but I felt sure that growth must be coming in the wake of these “Seventeen again” type woodies. But it is just localized swelling. Kind of a bummer. Then again, PE is likely never going to be easy. Certainly not as easy as the AM.

Can the increased blood flow aid in recovery from actual “stress the tunica” type PE? Can it maximize blood vessel heath and capacity during decon breaks and thus “prime” the penis for increased gains on your next growth attempt? Maybe. Someone said they figured the AM was likely just a more effective means of edging. I think that person was likely right on the money.

Just finished my second 6 week angion test, this time focusing mostly on versions 2 and 3.
No gains at all, no change in EQ.

I’ve always had the diet down pretty well and this time round I added treadmill sprinting a few times a week, no difference.

Hey guys, I’ve been incorporating AM exercises since it broke, excluding AM1, which I never could get to work for me (could not maintain an erection). AM2 was great (very convenient) and was doing short sessions mixed with manual stretches. The last month I’ve been doing AM3 and manual stretches (down, out, and up), aiming for stretches every day (5-30 minutes), and AM3 as often as possible, when I felt like it (50% of days on average). I would do AM3 for again, as long as felt right, which was usually about 10 minutes.

Results: 0.5cm length gain over a month or so. I saw gains after both months where I was very consistent with exercising (over 20 sessions per month).

Other comments: I have slightly improved EQ, bigger balls, my gains are not from EQ alone, I’m cumming regularly but not too often from sessions/masturbating, my diet is reasonably healthy but I do not follow Janus’s wacky advice (though micronutrients, enough protein, no sugar and keeping inflammation low are my diet goals), I exercise when I can but not too high intensity because I’ll get burnt out, and I supplement with Arginine which I understand should help with blood vessel building.

I’m pretty sure I’m on to a good combination, so I will try to keep this up. I just wanted to share the good news, that I measured over 16cm today! =)

One question for you tho, per your sig line the gains/measurement was NBPEL.
Did you see the same results from your BPFSL or BPEL?

I did the AM for what… two months? One of those months I attempted to go vegan like he suggested, ended up failing to perform at the gym and ate small amounts of ‘forbidden’ stuff. Gained nothing, although I did equal my largest size ever (I shrunk a little here and there during my plateauing year and a half). EQ was in its prime, as it is when I just jelq. The method did seem to make sense in that you force the blood to flow faster by keeping an erection while pushing it out of your unit, therefore agitating the vascular walls to induce angiogenesis… But I never trust a guy who doesn’t know the correct emphasis in “shear stress” anyway! Just kidding.

All in all, it had mild benefits for me, but was much harder to execute than other methods.

Hi Mike,

Yes my BPL is directly tracking my NBPL. I have a 1cm fat pad. I just personally care more about NBPL, so that’s why I use it as a measurement. And my (BP/NBP)FSL is also tracking the same increase.

I’m doing AM2 and it really gives hard erections. It really gains some girth, however with time.
But I think it’s a faster way of growing than other exercies.
I tried almost every manual exercises(I mean the ones that I can do with my hand) and my experience is that AM2 +jelqing is the best combination.(For me)
I think I gained the most girth in the last 2 months only doing AM2 and jelqing.
So +1 for AM2 from me.

I have been doing a similar routine, in the opposite direction, though. I perform AM 1.00 plus the reverse jelq at 90%-100%. Followed by few sets of the oscillator and some ballooning at the end with some prior heating. Every other day for 15-20 mins. I had measured my girth 4.76 inches few months back, now it is almost 5.00 inches. World record !!!. No clamping shalmping for me, at least not now.

Totally the same for me.
Clamping didn’t help with girth, except when actually doing it.
I forgot to mention I add a little edging in the end. But yeah, pretty similar.
