For the good of the order, I’m going to link here to any gains report posts within the main angion thread. It’s been about 5 months since this experiment started, and 1-2 months since the upgrades of AM 2 and 3 started. So it’s still early days, but we can start to examine the results.

These first two are from May and June, and associated with the AM 1 technique.

ArtOfBaki gains about 5 mm of girth while also having alternating bouts of poor and excellent EQ.

Well I have incorporated angion 2.0 into my routine and I am glad I have. I spend about 10min every second day.

I do manual stretching and clamping. On days where I clamp I perform the Angion 2.0 in between sets. Clamping sets last 10min and I do 2-3 depending upon time and expansion etc.

Over the past weeks. I have gaines 0.1 inches in girth and 0.1 in length. I am confident in these because I measure using cialis. I don’t need it but as we know EQ can fluctuate and I feel this is the best way to get honest measurments.

Furthermore, my penis has become far more vascular. And my EQ has improved. I’ve never had EQ problems, but I have probably improved 10%. I didn’t even know I had this 10% of improvement in me.

Conclusion: I can’t say the angion has been the catalyst for my improvements. Though it has become a staple now. This should be something everyone should be doing.

P.S My ejaculation distance has improved by approximately 20-30%. I really don’t know what to put this down to.

P.S.S for the clampers out there the Angion 2.0 maybe helping with my discolouration from clamping. I feel it’s become a little lighter since I started the Angion 2.0.

The Angion Method is suppose to be performed as a stand alone exercise. All other forms for PE are suppose to be dangerous. To show whether or not the Angion Method is effective for gains, I would think any perceived gains should be solely from the Angion Method, and not in combination with other methods.

Some of the examples given, appear to be a result of a combination of techniques, (clamping, hanging, wishful thinking, Newbie gains?) :)

Fair points Skygod2016, and good addition. With all the gainers consolidated in once place instead of scattered within the 300+ pages of the main Angion thread, examining the results will be easier.

a-unit, suffering from low EQ, gains 1/8” on his all time max length after many years of PE and enjoys better EQ without a pump or clamp.

Your 100% correct. I have been making progress with my routine for a while. I am supplementing my current routine with Angion 2.0 because I feel it might help, and I feel like it is. Although a data set of 1 should never be believed I wanted to share my current experience because I assume many others are trying to see how this new method works and what results people are getting. I know I am lol.

I went from 12.4 CM in girth to 12.8 CM in less than 4 weeks with am 2.0, oscillator and fulcrums.
