So I had messed around with jelqing a few years ago but it was more of a passing phase. I never took it seriously. Then I stumbled across Thunders and my whole outlook changed. I got started with the JP90 (from PEGym) and started slowly. I always warm up for 5-10 minutes with a hot cloth, do some stretching with the cloth still on. Then I do some jelqing for about 30 minutes, I worked my way up to 150 wet jelqs and 90 V jells. After a couple weeks I bought a gardening glove with a rubberized grip for the days when my forearms are sore. This changed my stretching game tremendously! I had to cut back on the jelqing time due to fatigue. After a little while I added a second stretching workout on my on days and stretches on my off days. My PIs were dipping and I was constantly worn out. I started reading everything from thoughtful gold and realized I was heading towards an injury. I scaled back the stretching a bit I still do twice a days on my days on but I pay close attention to fatigue and sometimes make those a light workouts. I also watch the Jelq portion and sometimes my second two days on are a lighter version of the workout, same reps less intense. At any rate, the progress so far is greats, erections are consistent in measuring at 6.5”BPEL and at 5.5” BEG my MEG is still 5” which is fine I’m aiming for length first. So I’ve gained about a .5” much of what could be EQ increase but I don’t care. The wife has noticed provided positive feedback. I blamed it on doing kegels all day and cutting out diet soda. Stealth. So thanks to everyone here for all the advice, I look forward to continuing this journey!

For most of the male population, doing kegels all day could turn to be very bad. Kegel is basicly an muscle exercise, muscles that are located inside our body and are pretty small in size, quite easy to overtrain it. If these muscles get over worked, you could have some hard time to even get erect. Recommendation is to set a limit for kegels, say 50 per day and rest on the next day.

Thanks Lenny! I don’t actually do keels all day, I do maybe 40-50 quick ones and about 10 with 10 second holds. And thanks for the forum posting advice!

Another month in the books, continuing to make progress. Started light pumping twice per week on different days, following the pumping 101 thread (it’s really long).

Starting the same with a washcloth warmup, stretching for 10 minutes in all directions. Followed by dry jelqs for 5 minutes in front of a space heater, now I’m up to 15 minutes in the tube followed by 10 or so minutes jelqing. I finish with about 5 minutes edging.

Twice per week I try to do a second session of stretching only, I gauge this by fatigue levels and dick cooperation. After the next month I plan to add fulcrum stretches sporadically to keep the unit guessing. Measurements are up 1/8” from last month, so forward progress is happening.
