Another Round of PE
Did the newbie routine for 3 weeks. No gains.
Took a week off due to soreness and sensitivity from stretching too long.
Started my 3rd week of pump and release.
5 min stretch.
Pump 1 min level 1, then 1 min level 2, then 1min level 3.
Pump at level 7 for 4 min then back down to level 6 for 2 min then 1 min level 5.
