Are these goals possible?
I’m a proper newbie, I’ve been doing P. E. For barely a week. I’m on the newbie routine and I’m really feeling like it is having an effect, even in this short period. My overall goal is EL:9” EG:6”. Currently I’m at EL:6.4”, EG: 5”. The goal seems a long way off, the question is, have I set the bar too high?
