Hey there,

I’m writing to you because I have a lot of questions for things that have been troubling me lately. I tried writing them in the lose your virginity thread but nobody really responded so I thought I’d try over here.

Back in July I got back into PE. It was an adhoc idea. I had a beer and figured I could try some jelqing exercises. Not having much progress the last time I tried, I went all the way and did like 30 jelqs with too much force. I also did some stretching with too much force too I guess.

My penis was blotched an hour later. I thought everything would come back to normal but I still got some lingering symptoms. My flaccid state improved and my penis is larger when flaccid but I started getting a stinging sensation in the glans starting from the second or third day after my attempt. Also my penis has become unusually curved to the side when flaccid and hanging.

I took a break from jelqing entirely and masturbated maybe like 3 times. The stinging pain subsided but the tip of my penis turned purple. The purple coloring of the tip of my glass went away and left a dark spot on the tip a week after. I noticed that the stinging pain would come back whenever I had a cup of coffee or smoked a cigarette. I quit using both. I started having a lot of sex after two weeks. So I had sex almost like 3 times a day every day. The pain would come and go but what started worrying me a lot was that my penis would get really cold starting from the tip. Sometimes it would be just the tip of the glans, sometimes entire glans, on occasional it would be half of my penis. I could feel it really warm at the base and starting to get colder as I move my hand towards the tip. I’ve read that ginkgo and hot bath helps so I started supplementing ginkgo and did hot baths sometimes and it did help. Last week I was really worried about it so I thought maybe some light jelqing could do something to pump some blood and and fix it. I jelqed very lightly and did some stretching again. This is 2 months after. It did make a difference and the tip of my penis is a little bit warmer. I didn’t masturbate at all until yesterday. I don’t get the usual morning wood. Yesterday I got the morning wood, so I masturbated, and this morning too. I came back from work right now and masturbated once more thinking that everything’s fine. I noticed bumps near the base of the penis. Almost looking like rings on the opposite side of the curve. I’m thinking I stretched too hard last week or the jelqs themselves have exacerbated the problems I had before. I didn’t notice the bumps yesterday or in the morning today when my penis was going flaccid. I know I fucked up big time but I’m not sure where I stand. I’m definitely not doing any jelqing or stretching for the rest of the year. I can stop masturbating entirely too but I’m worried my penis will start becoming cold again.

Therefore, I got some questions. How abnormal is a cold penis sensation? Do you get it from over training, is it something usual for you guys? Is it going to go away without intervention?

My second question is. I can still feel my penis normally but what about the bumps that I described earlier? Are they going to go away with enough sexual abstinence?

My mind is racing and I’ve been thinking if I should stop doing any of these exercises entirely or maybe light jelqing or a pump would help me. Is there a way back from the symptoms I’m describing or I served my self some Peyronie’s and I’m fucked for life?

All of this sounds like something you should ask a doctor about. I can’t imagine 30 tough jelqs and one hard tug session messed your dick up for 2 months.

Stinging at the glans and bumps at the base could be an STD dude. Get checked out.

I’m pretty sure it did though. I’m doing better with every day.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or not but I feel that ginkgo helps so I keep consuming it. It might be giving me headaches sometimes but it’s better than a feeling of a cold penis.

I still try to do some light jelqing and it seems to help get my glans back in shape for a week or so and then it gets little bit cold.

I noticed a lot of things over time. Stimulants like coffee, cigarettes, tea affect my penis negatively so I abstained from them entirely. For PE to work you need to eat a lot just like with regular body building. Stress doesn’t help and a lot of people write that exercise is good but for me taking a lot of rest seems to work.

My penis is alright and I get erections and morning woods now. I’m still learning how to jelq properly. Something that bothers me is that one of my corpus carvenosa’s is longer than the other when semi-erect. I think it’s been like that before but it just seemed to get more pronounced after the entire thing happened. I tried to jelq only one side of my penis but I guess I was going too hard on it again and one of the veins I was talking about before popped out again so I left it.

Thanks for letting me know about STD’s, last time I checked was in February. This was before I started hanging out with my girlfriend so I will definitely check again.

I think I’m gonna get a curved penis if I keep doing my jelqing improperly. Do you think that pump will straighten out both of my corpus carvenosa or it will keep stretching one of them more than the other and give me the opposite effect than I’m looking for?

I wanted to let you know I have scheduled a visit with my regular physician for next week. I will talk to him about my penis being cold but I also have a visit with a urologist in a month. Checked out of curiosity, definitely sounds like thrush/yeast infection. It’s possible that you caused it yourself but more likely you got it from your gf. Good news as far as STDs go because it’s not a tell that your girl has been sleeping around. Yeast infections are usually nbd I hear, get some meds from the doctor and you’ll be fine.

Hey guys. I have been through a lot of good things recently. All of my problems are gone now but I still haven’t cancelled my urologist visit. I spoke to him about coldness and he said it’s normal. He didn’t feel anything wrong when he examined my penis and the urine sample came back normal. I gained 5 lbs in weight from last month. Have been eating a lot and going to the gym regularly. Penis feels warm, there is no discoloration, I don’t feel any pain or discomfort. I have been doing hot baths every day and massaging my unit. I’m taking ginkgo biloba like 240mg a day and 4grams of l-arginine. I eat vitamins, fish oil, turmeric. My flaccid hang has been really well. Sometimes the flaccid does get turtled and it is hard to squeeze. If I pinched my hard and flaccid penis, it would remain squeezed in that spot after I release it and then slowly fill up with blood or actually relax and hang low. This does not bother me all that much and it will probably resolve itself eventually with more abstinence. I don’t know what’s happening but it seems like my penis is still growing even though I stopped PE. There’s a lot of new veins all around and the bumps I described in the first post are actually deep dorsal veins. Now that they’re really fat it’s easy to see where the rips come from. I will keep taking it easy and relax for two more weeks. I’m going to resume the sexual activity when I see my girlfriend again and I will keep you posted on how it goes.

I have resumed my pumping exercises. I did my first session two days ago and pumped for around 30 seconds at 3 in Hg. I just finished pumping again and I went for 3 minutes total at 3.5 in Hg. I can feel the stretch and will see if I get any negative indicators tomorrow. The penis seems to be growing very slowly in my 1.75” diameter tube. It starts touching the wall of the tube starting from the top on the left but I hope the right side will catch up and soon it will be touching the wall as much as the left does. I’ve lost some length since I pumped the last time in November. I was about 6.25 and now I’m almost 6 in length. I bet this thread looks like another thread of a person that starts something and never perseveres through but I will keep being on the safe side and try out pumping every second day for a couple of months. As I remember there was no negative indications after that second session. Night and morning wood has been strong. I went overboard with pumping, stretching, and jelqing. I went inside the tube for ten minutes and my penis has been feeling funny for a day or two but nothing serious. I have been procrastinating on everything so I took a break for like two weeks. I haven’t given up yet. I actually stepped my game up. I guess I can share my routine with you as I have one now. It’s still changing a lot as I’m experimenting with different sequences of exercises.

15min warm up in a hot bath
10min stretches - straight out, up, left, right, between the cheeks
100 wet jelqs at around 40%-80% erection level
Alternating between 20 5sec erect kegels, 20 5sec reverse kegels
10 minutes 3.5 in Hg pumping
10 minute warm down in hot bath
I keep massaging myself a lot. In between stretches, in between pumping sessions.
I’m doing this routine on a 5 on / 2 off (kind of) schedule.

I’ve seen mixed results as far as the EQ goes. I don’t know if PI’s specified here apply to me. It seems like the harder I train the better my EQ is. Masturbation makes a difference and I can’t tell what difference it makes yet. I keep ramping up all of my exercises and when the training is hard I get mild nocturnal erections but when I go hard and masturbate afterwards I get these morning woods that are so strong it hurts. Sometimes I get woken up to an erection too. So I try to avoid masturbation altogether. It seems that when I do avoid it my penis looks fuller, hangs lower, flaccid is bigger, and daytime and nocturnal erections happen more often. Like I said, it seems very random for me but I will just keep observing my body.

This whole PE thing is scary. I thought I pressed very hard into my pubic bone the last time I measured myself. I just can’t believe I gained half an inch in length in one month. I measured myself today after training and I was seven and one eighth of an inch long. My girth has been fluctuating. When I took a break and stopped eating and lost all my gained weight I lost a quarter inch in girth too. Now I got it back. I started filling up my cylinder on both sides of the bottom two inches.

I’m not getting too much of negative indications. I get red spots from time to time. I guess it’s a sign that I went hard. It feels so good to be doing these exercises and not getting any bruises or having my dick turn purple. I’m going pretty hard on my penis and I’m not encountering any negative outcomes I had seen back when I fucked myself up. No pain, no tingling, no coldness, no turtling, no hard-flaccid. Sometimes my penis feels spongy after a workout and it’s worrying but it resolves itself by morning.

I fell in love with pumping. I started at 2 in Hg and went in for 2 minutes and it was too much. Now I can do 10 minutes at 3.5 in Hg. I just started breaking this point where my penis starts expanding in the vacuum. Before it wasn’t even elongating. Now when I pump it just becomes longer and longer.

It’s going alright. I dropped my phone into the water and thought I would gauge the time spent in the pump without it but ended up leaving my dick in a pump for eight minutes too long for a total of 18 minutes. It came out a little bit purple but it looked okay the next day. I don’t think it really was okay I have been noticing a lot of turtling after subsequent sessions. I took a break again - two weeks.

I think I got the most gains out of these BTC stretches so guess what. I got myself a hanger.

I’m learning how to apply the wrap correctly. So far I hung only once. 1 pound for 3 series of five minutes BTC. It’s really not a lot but I do feel a stretch. I think this method will be wiser than pulling on my dick too hard and hurting myself in the process. I quit pumping but I will come back to it if I get anywhere with this hanging and reach decent length.

I haven’t lost any gains in these two weeks that I took a break. I’m currently at a 7.25 in length and 5 in circumference. My flaccid length grew by half an inch from back when I started.

I just wanna see if I can stretch these ligaments and if it’s gonna make a difference. I kinda know that it will but I don’t know how much. If it’s not gonna do anything I will still keep doing it for a couple of months. My lot is currently at 8:30 and let’s see if it changes at all.

I’m gonna surf BibHanger forums to read about the suggested progression but I think I will stay at current weight and 5 min set length and just add one more set every week hanging every day with one set on weekends.

I came back. I gave up on hanging for real. I think my penis is long enough. I mean it was long enough for my girlfriend anyway and I did bottom out lightly sometimes. She’s coming over in a couple of weeks to see me so we will see. I don’t know if she liked it when I went in too deep sometimes. She would tell me the feeling is scary. I hope I can still do that C-A-T position with her because she really likes when I rub against her clitoris. If we can still do that or if she will stretch I might come back to hanging for length although I will need to go very easy.

I did take that break I was talking about. It wasn’t too long. Only two weeks. You know what helped me after all this hanging? It was pumping. I came back to pumping and I initially started slow with 5 minutes at 3.5 in Hg. So during all this time from April 25th I was working on my girth a little bit. I was 5 in in circumference and now it varies. It can go anywhere from 5 in through 5.5 in.

My routine on the hardest days was 2 sessions of 20 minutes pumping at 4.5 Hg and 2 clamping sets at 10 minutes two times daily without days off. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. I started clamping now. I don’t know what the deal is with all the scare about the intensity of hanging and clamping. I mean the exercises are very intense but there’s no problem doing them if you can read your indicators and have some experience.

I noticed a bunch of things. First of all. Recently I stopped taking all of my supplements. I feel like they didn’t work as much as they did before and people have been talking about cycling them so I took a break from any supplements. They do help and I notice the difference. When I’m on ginkgo and arginine my penis recovers quicker and is more plump during the day.

I reduced the intensity of my routine recently. I’m very horny and can’t keep myself from masturbating and ejaculating. The thing is, when I did this crazy routine of 2 sets of 20 minutes pumping and 2 sets 10 minutes clamping two times daily my penis was so worn out that it took masturbating more than once a day to bring me over the edge to start feeling soreness after I ejaculate. I don’t know the mechanics. I can edge for an hour and I’m fine but once I ejaculate after an intense workout I’m starting to feel sore for couple of hours.

The other thing is I stopped taking these supplements so I feel I can’t beat the shit out of my penis like I did before anymore.

I wanted to let you know, at some point I ordered this 2 in diameter pump. I don’t know if I mentioned it yet but I’m already filling the 1.75 in one so I went one step up.

Pumping is treating me well. One time I had a wet dream. First time in a long time. It was on the height of my 20 minute pumping frenzy. I think it’s good news. I started recognizing patterns with morning wood and the condition of my penis. I still think that coffee is not good for my exercises. The penis doesn’t remain as plump during the day as it does when I don’t drink coffee daily. I noticed that I lose morning wood when I drink alcohol the night before. Cigarettes are like coffee.

I don’t know how people are getting crazy injuries from pumping. I went as high as pumping up for 10Hg for a minute or two at the end of a 10 minute session. It was hardcore but I was fine. You really need to fuck up to get injured from this. When I gradually raise the bar I can get to anywhere. I don’t wanna go into high pressures because they are not necessary and they introduce toughening as well as donuts and fluid build up. I hate that fluid build up. It doesn’t represent any gain and my penis looks like it’s pumped. The way I’m doing it now I get to the same spot I did when I had fluid build up without having it.

I experimented with high pressure, long periods of time and have a good understanding of where my sweet spot is. When I think about my first post describing that purple spot on my dick I can’t even understand how it happened. I’m going in way harder now and the worst it gets is red spots all over my dick which are gone in couple of hours or next day.

Now for these negative indications. What I’m doing to determine if I over trained is as follows. If I take the dick out of the pump or clamp and it doesn’t go up it means I was going hard. That’s when I masturbate to get it hard. If I get it out of the pump and I can’t even get it hard with masturbating I went way too hard on it. This is the most precise measure of how far I am from over training which I learned so far for quick determination. Now if I feel like my morning wood the next day isn’t full hard this is another thing that makes me more convinced that I did indeed go too far. Then sometimes I was getting recurring symptoms of this hard flaccid thing. Penis was flaccid but not hanging, it was turtled instead. This is the worst and prompts for a long break of at least two weeks. Red spots are fine as long as my penis is not covered in them entirely if they are not showing up on the glans.

Positive indications for me are as follows. Morning wood strong. Penis plump and fat all day. Penis gets erect from pulling it out to urinate. Penis gets erect from touching lightly through clothes. Getting erections on public transportation. Getting erections from sexual thoughts. Getting erections randomly without any sexual thoughts.

I remember someone boasting about how they get morning wood so strong that it hurts. Yo I don’t think this is good at all. I have been there. This is over training. I can easily go there with a heavy routine and then masturbating afterward to the point of ejaculation. I will get erections after that but I’m still going to be sore. There is this feeling after I push myself and then when I get erect I feel soreness in my penis. It isn’t painful but it’s this soreness that I described many times. It’s not deadly but I think it’s actually past the sweet spot for great gains.

Now I wanted to write about the clamping exercises that I’m doing. I don’t think they are as hardcore as hanging haha. They are actually very healthy I would say. I felt the best when I was doing them hard for a little bit. I picked up a medium cablecuff from home depot. I put a wide and thick silicone cock ring on the base and put a clamp on that. I don’t do any warm up for my exercises anymore. My penis gets cooler after ten minutes but masturbating lightly with a clamp on makes it stay warm and hard all throughout the time that clamp is on. I like how I can see all of my veins. I developed so many veins. I watch them grow every day. What I don’t get and what I don’t know if it’s normal to get so much expansion. When I put a clamp on the first time it goes 3/8 of an inch past my erect girth. When I place it on my penis second time my penis is half an inch of circumference thicker than my erect girth. This is kind of crazy and scary. I wonder if it falls in normal standards. Then there’s that time when I take the clamp off. To regain circulation I edge to the point my penis is so hard that when I kegel I feel like its getting as hard as possible. This does not always happen but sometimes even though the clamp has been removed my erect girth remains the same as it was with the clamp on. This is ridiculous. So people on porn videos pump their dick to the point they can’t even get hard because they want that thickness but I can actually temporarily enlarge my penis by half an inch and remain rock hard? It’s very pleasing to watch but as I said it doesn’t always happen. Usually my girth is a quarter inch smaller when I take the clamp off but I can boost it a little bit with a cock ring as well.

Oh yeah, I started wearing cock ring too. Not like all the time but after my girth exercises. Sometimes I would edge with a cock ring and then go take a shower with it on and then take it off and leave the house.

This leads to the next point which is the look of my penis. I’m wearing suit pants to work all the time. I don’t even know at which point but at some point my penis has become very noticeable. You know how men got a bulge on a crotch. To hell with the bulge. My penis just hangs in my pants leg. It’s not a big penis at all. I mean by standards of this forum it isn’t but I’m actually getting convinced that my penis might be big for normal peoples standards. What I’m trying to get at is I get very intimidated when people look at my penis. I have women checking out my crotch as they are talking to me. I see them turning their eyes to my waist. Felt kind of embarrassed the first couple of times but fuck it. If women can wear their tits out like they do what can be wrong with a penis showing through the clothing.

I would forget about the last thing I learned. I knew about this for a while but didn’t think much. I’m talking about these parabens. I used the lotion my girlfriend bought for herself and left at my place for all of my exercises for a while. I didn’t know but this lotion has parabens. Parabens can cause cancer and they actually act like estrogens when they enter our bodies. They have a negative impact on our reproductive system. You can read more about it on the internet. Paraben can also be found in many personal lubricants. One that comes to my head right now is astroglide.

I’m on a regular newbie routine now. I started October 19th. I was doing 5 min stretch 1 min each direction and 10 min jelqing. Initially I was going very slow and was doing around 70 then started speeding up closer to 100. I also do 30 kegels. I’m doing 2 on 1 off. It felt great initially but it wasn’t challenging anymore. Its been two weeks now and I upped my routine, I actually doubled it. Now I feel challenged again and feel worn out at the end of the session again. Indicators are great and I keep an eye on it. I have problem though. My left arm got so sore from jelqing 20 minutes that I don’t know how much longer I’m gonna be able to stand these longer session. Hopefully I get used to it but I feel like its as much of a workout for my arm as it is for my dick. Will check back in in a while.

The road is still bumpy haha. Jelqing 20 minutes didn’t prove beneficial in the long term. I started seeing negative indicators and I was gonna reduce the time from 20 to 15 minutes but over the weekend I had some health issues that shocked me so much that I fell behind on my routine and stopped PE completely for 3 days. After 3 days break the negative indications went away but I came back to 10 minute sessions. I am jelqing much faster now. Doing around 200 jelqs in 10 minutes. Seems to work better. Still two days on one off.

Stretching gets very hard. When EQ gets better it’s very hard to stretch. You’re supposed to stretch flaccid but it’s impossible to be flaccid when little touch gets your dick up. It’s the worst when doing BTC stretch because the dick starts to twist. I always finish with BTC but next time I’m going to start with BTC and then do the other angles.

It does seem that there’s 1/8 of an inch increase from the stretches but it barely registers.

I did something unusual today. I put on a cock ring that I bought one time which turned out to be too big back then. It fits me now, barely. I put on another one in front of it, tighter. Jelqs must be working because my penis swell from 5.125 to 5.25 in girth mid-shaft with 5.5 in base girth. It never worked like that after I stopped practising my clamping routine. I think it’s a sign of growth to come. It’s been barely 3 weeks and everything seems to be slowly going into a right direction.

It’s too bad that I wasn’t as confident about how I perform jelqing and didn’t start with them from beginning. I got pretty skilled at it now. It’s better this way because it’s harder to injure myself and I should be able to continue practising jelqing for longer than any other method I practised before. With good winds I should gain like a quarter inch either way in a couple of months which would set me just where I want to be.
