Back at it, Starting Again
Before I get down to what I’m doing, here’s a bit of info about myself.
I discovered PE when I 17, at the time I had pretty much cemented in to who I am today, in fact I was fully grown at the age of 15, and my penis a year before; yeah I know, early finish… Anyway, I’ve never been able to stay consistent, mostly because I’ve become disheartened at a lack of success over the years. I’m 24 now, and have been actively making a concerted effort since the beginning of November. This time I’m hoping some of the research I’ve continued to do over the years will help with actually making some proper gains. My goals haven’t changed at all, my level of privacy has varied over the years though, inhibiting the ability to partake.
I started with a newbie routine to ease back in to things, to get myself going again. The jelqing, well I forgot how much it really helped with my EQ, and with my overall sexual health, the result of a week of jelqing for me is always increased erection, and more frequent ones. Also, ever since going back to a routine for this I always have morning wood, guaranteed. However, recently I found that I had what one of the posts on here referred to as the dorsal thickening, and since I’ve always focused on length it started to make sense to me. I’ve switched over to this for now, and when I gain more privacy again, and a bit more experience, I plan to switch to Memento’s routine.
Right now I’m doing:
5 Minute Warm wrap, during a very hot shower(I shower every day anyway, before work, but not until after my hockey games, if I have one)
2 sets V-Stretch, up, down, left, and right. 30 second hold.
10 minute modified wet jelq*.
5 minute warm wrap.
300 kegals.
*My jelq that I have done in experimentation was to help avoid the baseball bat effect, and I switch off from this grip to a normal wet jelq randomly throughout the routine. The modified hold involves, instead of using a second grip towards the tip, I use the hand I’m gripping with to essentially perform a Horse440, without the lower grip. Originally I did it with a cock ring, but found I can simulate the effect of a cock ring by pressing on the base of my penis with my left thumb.
This thread is my self motivator, and my outlet for if I’ll need help. Sadly I do not have the privacy of fiscal means of switching to pumping, or privacy for an alternate method. My goal remains 8.5” erect length, and I am focusing on length, any solid advice on improvements to the routine would be greatly appreciated.
