Back on the PE Wagon
Joined this forum in 2014 and have been in an on again off again relationship with PE.
I first discovered PE looking for any possible way to improve myself (Not knowing If it was possible at the time or if there was any research even on the subject). I’ve been living with a nagging feeling that I was not big enough and although it’s never been directly said to me per say, I’ve never had that open eyes jaw dropping look from a woman when we get down to business that I’ve always hoped and dreamed of.
I’ve been a long time lurker across this forum and this is my first official post. Looking to motivate myself and stay consistent with PE this year, hoping this post will hold me accountable and push myself to gains.
Time to motivate the fuck out of myself and put myself on blast for this to STAY FUCKING CONSISTENT.
I’ve been doing PE for about 7 years, going through long gaps in time between starting and stopping for sometimes a full year! I want to punch myself in the head, had I been consistent across the past 5 years who knows where I’d be today.
Early in testing the waters I did see some gains but it was never when I expected it which always threw me off (My monkey brain couldn’t understand I was making gains and shouldn’t have stopped).
I started my journey at 6" EL x 4" EG. Now I’m at 7.5" EL x 5" EG.
It could be the women I’ve been with that’s really adding fuel to this fire but I’m ready to put this feeling to bed and be confident in myself. I want to have that "aha" moment when she sees me, and her jaw hits the floor.
Goals:
8" EL x 6.5 EG
7" FL x 5" FG
Aiming to transform my current erect state into where I will be just flaccid.
Here’s my strategy - going back to basics.
-10 minute warm-up (JAI stretching, Heat, Fowfers)
-10 minutes of Jelqing (alternating between standard, overhand)
-10 minutes of V-Jelqs
-3 30 second hold horse squeezes (keeping a moderate pressure about 50% until I can work my way up to full pressure)
-10 minute warm down (Heat, Breath of Fire, JAI stretches)
-Kegels (100 total per day; Regular, and reverse)
After a month I’ll review where I stand and make some adjustments to my routine, increasing intensity and time, adding in some new workouts to keep my routine fresh.
Hoping to trick my body into growth my keeping my routine consistent until I stop gaining, make some changes and assess my success with these changes; Same in concept for how you would change your workout at the gym over time.
Post Workout ideas and experiments:
-Integrating fowfers into my day to day
-Non aggressive light clamping for post workout cementing
-JAI stretches every bathroom break
