PE going well. A complete week done with not too much difficulty. All PIs are good. Will measure tomorrow. I was even contemplating doing 5 minutes more stretching this morning.

What I do is every time I use the rest room I do a 30 second stretch. Don’t know if it helps but will find out. Good luck!

I have added 5 minutes more stretching for the last 2 days. No I’ll effects so will continue. Not measured yet. I meant to do it 2 weeks ago!

Yesterday woke up with night wood which is a positive.

I am starting up running and lifting my old weights this week. I plan to PE on weights days as it’s easier to fit in. Better physical health leads to better penile health, so gotta get into some semblance of shape!

I might not be updating as often as I should, but PE is going great. Noticeably more prone to getting erections and them feeling fuller and harder. If I get chance I might get round to measuring again soon. I feel like upping it to 20 minutes stretching already from 15. Conditioning has come quite quickly.

It sure does. Gone up to 20 minutes stretching and 10 minutes jelqing. My EQ is super and maybe it’s also spring but I’m popping boners almost at will!

Mrs Zowee seems enthusiastic at the moment and evidently is feeling the benefit.

What is your stretching routine? Just curious. Are you jelping only or do you pump/hang? I’m guessing only jelqing due to time being an issue.

Nice job man. You can look into supplements like L-Arginine or Yohimbe to increase EQ.

Just a manual stretcher. I should look into supplements. I used to take zinc, ginseng and gingko biloba. I should try the others too.

Been sticking to the stretching and jelqing routine and still haven’t measured. Last couple of days I have been feeling thicker and harder. I will measure tomorrow if I get chance.

More importantly, I am on a health kick that had lost 6kg and took 2.5” off my waist. My immediate goal is to lose another 10kg in the next 7 weeks prior to my holiday.

I use the following supplements that you could try:

L-Arginine - 3g
L-Lysine - 1g
Super B-Complex - 1 pill
Multi-Complete (Multivitamin) - 1 pill
Zinc - 1 pill

I just bought some Horny Goat Weed to complete my daily routine. I absolutely love L-Arginine, but I’m switching brands to incorporate other nitric oxide producers to increase my HGH.

Thanks for the list. I will have a research week and probably go supplement shopping at the weekend.

PE went well this morning but could not find ruler until I had ‘tidied up’. Having said that my plump post PE flaccid was a BP 6.25”!!! I pop a boner, I’m a measuring.

Been absolutely rubbish in keeping a schedule last couple of weeks. But I still managed to only go a max of 2 days without doing any PE. Work will calm down so I can get back to it.

On the plus side, I did my running and have lost inches off my waistline over the last couple of months which is way more important than penis size.

I read up on supplements and will start up on them from tomorrow.

Mad regains. It won’t be long until I get back to where I was. Definitely over the last week it just seems that I did a huge growth spurge.

Still not got round to supplements yet.
