Hello all.

I haven’t PE’d seriously in a loooong time. I plan on returning to the fold. Before falling out of the PE habit, I had achieved the 8x6 ideal and had great hardness levels and could maintain for an erection for a long time.

Little by little there has been a loss in penile performance which I hope to regain plus return to the 8x6 measurement.

I am currently at my parents’ home and will return to Casa Zowee tomorrow to measure up. I plan on doing the newbie routine until the end of March and then adding to it as time permits as I have work commitments on my time as well as a family which will have constraints on my time that weren’t there the last time I really committed to PE.

6.9” × 5.5” but I know that there’s more in the tank as I never achieved full hardness. Anyway back on the wagon.

Now to go for a stroll for an hour or so to start working on my fitness which is my mind the key to penile fitness.

Good thing is that you already know what your penis can handle, what exercises fit you well, you know where the limit line is … that’s the key in PE (along with tons of others things).

Knowing what your penis can handle is key. I did 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing and at this current moment 19 hours on or so after my session, I am just about at the point where I think I could do that again.

I don’t foresee 30 minutes of manual stretching becoming part of my routine as it originally was due to time constraints. Though I may introduce fowfers once I’m reconditioned. Also no long edging sessions are possible nowadays due to family and not enough privacy.

I do have an intention to do O bends on day 2 (I was a 2 days on, 1 day off man), but not for a good couple of months as they really exhausted my penis but girth gains were impressive with them.

Also I think (ok know) my fat pad has increased, and the length is probably not fully bone pressed.

My huge desire is a quick regain of my ‘lost gains’ and return to the 8x6 club. I am sure a diamond hard boner would provide a huge step in that direction.

Just enjoying my day off. Reading some other progress threads and about Dr. Elist’s legal demands. As for my penis, it feels tired. I’m obviously working it, but I must just be about on the limits of what I can do at the moment.

Really enjoying my PE. I believe that I will enjoy my PE this week and start my running and gym up again next week. It’s like rolling back 5 years or so.

Another 2 days of PE done. Very tired penis at the minute. A day of rest is just what the doctor ordered. Mrs Zowee is home on Tuesday so hopefully she may feel some pleasant surprise.

I honestly don’t remember the level of tiredness when I was PE-ing but it was long long time ago. I only think after an hour edging or ballooning session did I get super tired. I just think I am super out of condition.

It will be interesting to see how quick the gains come.

I’m hoping super quick as the ‘gains’ took place long ago. This morning I woke up and had a super thick feeling heavy erection and no tiredness. A great set of PIs. I think to measure at the end of February and every 2 weeks. If I was a betting man i’d say erection quality to be back to excellent at the beginning of March (currently 7-8 out of 10 with the occasional 9), with the abilty to maintain the duration of that quality of erection (At 9 - 10 out of 10) to improve over March and April.

Hopefully as a consequence of better erection quality and a couple of months of PE, I think that will be the ‘regain period’ from previous experience, but I really haven’t PEd for so long that this may be misplaced optimism. At least I know I have the 8x6 under my belt from the past, so it’s re-obtainable somewhere down the line. If distant memory serves me right it was only the last bit of length and girth that took some time to obtain first time round and in PE terms they came over a few months.If I got to 7.5x5.75 by June I would be happy and be quite content to take whatever time it took to get back to 8x6.

Sep 2009 7.6 x 6 (after months off with little light maintenance PE)
July 2011 8x6 (It took over 3 years?!? It didn’t seem that long a time frame!)

Started off with terrible erection quality in 2008. A lot of those initial gains was through erectile quality. A good half inch of the final length gains was due to PE growth in my mind due to indicators such as hairs on base of shaft which weren’t there at the start of PE and noticeable changes in uniformity of girth (going from quite uniform to bulgy in the middle to the base being thicker).

Another thing I see from my age old thread (and piss poor memory) is that I never got any results in head girth or found any exercises that gave me a result there.

After reading through stats, I think that I may have to reappraise the time frame a lot longer.

Another 2 days of PE done. Day off tomorrow. Tricky to fit it in now the Zowee family is back. 5am is PE time! If the car didn’t need defrosting before driving, very little change to my schedule would be expected.

Everything is going good PE wise. Feeling thicker. Easier to obtain erection. Also yesterday and day before my urine came out with a more torturous jet- no pain or anything but some indication of an affect of PE on the urethra? I have had this in the past when PE-ing but not at such a light level of PE. Anyway today I didn’t notice this today, so not worrying unduly.

Talk about difficult. How do you get chance to get PE in with a family about? Split session today, and only the PE gods know when I will get the jelqing in. Measuring maybe if I get a free 10 or 20 minutes over the next week.
