haven’t been keeping up with my log. but i have been working.

i do have one issue that i think pe has gave me. i look at porn while i stretch and pump. and i think im addicted now. i still have sex with my wife and thats physically fine. but i cant stop looking at porn. at home on my phone, at work, everywhere. i feel bored with my sex life with my wife (shes likes the basics) and i think the porn makes me want more spice, vaginal sex is so boring now. i want to do anal, facials, cum somewere besides the vagina, lick her ass anything new. i think if i wasn’t seeing this in porn i wouldnt want it so much. she doesnt look at porn and wouldn’t think of half of the shit i try to do.

im kind of bent on all this.

You should definitely stop watching porn or at least reduce it. Too much of everything is dangerous. Start using mind, it will take some time but it will be much better.
