Bloodthornes PE log
Been reading up on this site for 2 years now. Its nice to get the knowledge of PE before I attempt it. This is my first serious attempt at PE. I started last week and so far I am pleased.
What I have noticed:
Stronger erections
I last longer in bed
Thicker fuller flaccid hangs
My women commented the other day “you were hard as a rock tonight”. That’s definitely a nice confidence boost. The reason I started PE is for the growth potential and the health benefits for my penis. I’m happy with my size now but a bit bigger would be nice.
My starting stats taken last week were: 6 inches BPEL in length and 4 3/4 around. My goal would be 7-7.5 length and 5.25-5.75 around. I know its not a quick process and not expecting to see growth gains for quite some time.
My routine:
10 mins warm up with a rice sock
Stretching in 8 different directions and one pulled away from my body
10 mins of wet jelqing (about 100-150 strokes)
10 min warm down with a rice sock
What I plan as my journey continues:
Increase the amount of strokes. As a newbie I’m starting out with low reps at 60-70% erection. I clamped a few times but remembered as a newbie I could give my self an injury so I will add clamping a few months down the road after I have toughened up my penis tissues. I will add more advanced jelqing strokes later.
Issues I have concerns about:
I don’t know if my “ok” stroke is placed right, I’m not getting the best stroke I know I could
When stretching I grab the penis head but after it seems to hurt a bit as if I strangled it lol
I don’t want to have that “baseball bat” shape as I feel my stroke is strongest at the top and not so much at the base
I’m certain those concerns will be fixed once I get the hang of it. I know most people take a month to get a good form. I’m excited to seriously start PE and I’m glad I have researched it for so long before diving into it. If any one has any tips or comments I would love to hear them.
