Hello all!

I’m going to be starting PE again. I tried it for two weeks then lost motivation. Then I found Thunder’s Place and it got me motivated again and have other people to talk with and learn from. I’m starting this thread to keep a progress report.

Today will mark my first day of PE. First of many I hope (well the less amount of days the better) but I’m willing to stick with it this time around.

Here are my current measurements:
NBPEL 5”
BPEL. 5.5”
MSEG. 4”

Short term goals
BPEL. 6”
MSEG 4.5”“

Long term goals
BPEL. 7.5”
MSEG 5.5”

I’m rather skinny and for that I am weight lifting and trying to put on 20 lbs of muscle. I hope this doesn’t effect my gains below the belt, but I heard exercise and nutrition is important for both of those gains.

I am starting with the Newbie Routine:
1. 5 minutes of hot wrap
2. 5 minutes of stretching
3. 10 minutes of jelqing (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes of hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST

I don’t have any equipment like a pump so I will be all by hand. I hope this doesn’t limit my gains that I can reach.

Please please, let me know any tips you guys did to see faster gains or any motivation or advice you can give me!

I pump, but I’ve added stretching to my routine, and I feel it will really make a difference. Keeping in good shape is a great idea, regardless of PE, and will yield its own rewards. Heat is important when pumping, and I’m sure it will be of help for stretching and jelqing too.

You’ll be able to do a lot with just your hands. Keep us posted!

Good luck man. I’m also just starting. Started my second week on Monday. Hope we both see results!

Be consistent, use heat (IR lamp and heating pads), search this forum and learn, learn about Physiological Indicators and life by it as a code for when and how much to work out.

I’ve also started on the newbie gains routine, I’ve been on it for 1 month. My measurements when I started was around 4.5inches NBPEL, and I’m at 4.7.

I’ve noticed an improvement in EQ as well

So yes the newbie routine works, just make sure you warm up very properly and stretch. Don’t try to shorten those areas just so you can start jelqing.

Completed my first week. Only got 3 sessions in this week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday) because my penis was sore and I’m trying not to push the limits this early into it. Physiologically, I feel bigger but I’m sure that’s not the case this early on but it does motivate me thinking I’m bigger. I defiantly feel girthier but I’m holding all measurements until the 1 month mark. I’m not expecting any minor minor results until the 3 month mark but I even then I understand they might not come. Once I hit the 6 month mark, if I have no gains I will look to switch up the routine. Going to get a session in today to start off the new week.
