Something weird happened tonight : I was stretching under IR putting a little more force (using stress relaxation, it was at the end of the session) and I felt something popping.
Somehow though, it wasn’t at the base of the penis but between mid-shaft and base, on the top. No pain at all, just that weird, good feeling sensation something was released.
It came with a progress on the BPFSL : 19,5 cm, so my penis gave off a 0.2 cm gain tonight after 2 weeks of stalling.

The baseline of my routine is :
- 3x5 min of light 3.5-4hg pumping under IR (flaccid way better with those short-easy sessions, weird),
- 10 min of wet jelqs,
- 6 minutes of stretching under IR (right, left, down x2) - medium force,
- 10 minutes of inverted V-stretches,
- 6 minutes of stretching under IR (same as warm-up) - strong force, still easing in though.

I usually do that in two split sessions (pumping + jelqs - stretching), 5 day a week, week-end as rest.
I saw some improvements in the BPEL too, nothing drastic, just getting to the max place on the ruler consistently, and yesterday, had that max lengh at 90% erection.
So everything is promising. Girth still rests at 13 cm but I feel my penis is fuller, so it might come around.
BPEL, standing up, hips forward, vertical ruler on the pubic bone, is at 18,4-18,5 cm.
NPBEL is progressing slowly as I’m losing weight, seems like more 16,2-16,3 cm - it was 16 cm before.

The popping could be just an alignment in suspensory ligaments. However, watch for changes in both EQ and PI

EQ is the same as before, and PI’s are good : nice flaccid, skin is the same, no pain spot, all good.

I just had that sensation, something on the upper shaft gave in and it was a nice feeling. Surprising, since it was a first, but nice.
