Hi everyone,

I’m lurking here for quite some time, something like 1 year and read ALOT of threads in every section. I’m doing PE for 2 years now but had a shitty start with bathmate pumps.
It’s simple, it gave me nothing else than weak erections and discoloration. I went in too far (with the hand pump model) and I’m glad I didn’t get hurt since I was very reckless.
My starting size is something like 17.5cm BPEL and 12.5 MEG. Last summer, I threw the bathmates in the garbage and began the newbie routine for 3 months.
I gained 1 cm and started to experiment left and right. Bought a thickwall pump, tried fulcrum streches, dry jelqs instead of wet’s. All that under a 300w IR lamp.
Today, I’m 19.2cm BPEL, 19.5 BPFSL, and 13-13.2cm MEG on a good day.

I’m beginning this log to conjure two issues of mine :
- I’m fucking dumb and can’t stay on a routine more than 2-3 weeks, so I get few benefits…
- I have a hard time taking more than 1 rest day in a week and I suspect my dick to like the less is more approach.

I have an addiction to masturbation too, and porn, and I’ll deal with that soon enough, since it can hinder gains (no ED for now, but still not as hard as I could).

I’m going to follow a simple routine now, I already started it for one week. But I have a decon next one for 5-6 days and I feel like I need it (never took more than 3 days in 2 years).
I’m going to pump at 4hg 3x10 morning and evening with a heatpad (it works better than IR in the tube). Just that. Since I’m too dumb to follow a routine, I’ll start again and stay overly simple.
If pumping gives me nothing in 2 months, I’ll probably start Memento’s routine. I think that my only gains came from manuals but the low pressure and heatpad are promising, so I’m giving it a try.

My Goal is 22cm BPEL and 20cm NBPEL and 14,5 cm MEG. That’s the ideal goal, but I have time and I love PE.

This forum is a gem and I’m happy to be a part of this now.

Sidenote : sorry if there’s some incorrections in my english, i’m not a native and learnt mostly on Internet.

Best of luck for the journey on this road called PE. Give my beginner’s routine a look too, you may find it helpful given that you have already been following the newbie routine for 3 months now. It’s a little more intense but nothing too risky.

Some precisions I forgot. I’m going to take 2 rest days (maybe 3 some weeks) and go 5 on, 2 off.
I’m doing kegels too, alterning between : day one - 3x3x20 5secs kegels (ideally 3x20 morning, 3x20 mid-day, 3x20 evening) ; day two - 3x3x20 5 secs reverse kegels.
I have a pretty stiff pelvic floor so I need those reverse kegels (deep squats are helping too).

Today, routine as written above : morning session - 3x10 minutes 4-4,5hg in the pump with the heatpad.
I won’t write every damn session as it’s the same, so I’ll spare you all.

Decon break going well. I’ll stay far from PE the end of this week too.
I’m trying to cut on fat too, I have a 3cm fat pad. I’m going to reduce it to 1.5-2cm, so my NPBEL will be around 17-17.5cm.
If I can get 19cm NPBEL, I would be happy. Actually doing an IT fasting, and cutting on carbs. Gyms opened again, so I started again.
As for girth, I hope my body will be taking it real slow : i’m an anal lover, so I don’t want to scare most of my partners (not that I’ll gain easily either anyway…).

I found that reinforcing the habit by writing things down helped a lot. Time started, what I do, how long, any unusual results, etc. Every few days I transcribe from my little spiral notebook to a file on the computer. The transcription step turned out to be important; it’s hard to ignore any slackage then.

Set aside your rest days for other improvement: stretching or isometric exercises, tai chi (beginner videos on Youtube), or light workouts with a stretch band or dumbbells. Improve your whole body, not just your dick.

*Any* regular routine you keep to is better than the “banzai… oh, to hell with it for a few days/weeks/months” cycle. Start with something you can handle easily, then work up slowly.

A lot of people *used to be* on a fitness program, and a lot more will be getting back to theirs Real Soon Now.

Little update :
I came back from a 1 week decon, and made a little change in the routine.
Now, I do 10 min inverted v strech heated on IR while the heatpad is heating the tube.
I was losing precious time waiting, now it’s time of productivity.

Progress on BPFSL side, it’s 19.8 cm now. I’ll continue like that, every PI is on the green side. Reduced pumping time from 30min to 20min for now. BPEL is at its best too but no tangible progress for now.

Routine is like :
Inverted V-Stretch under IR (10 min)
Air pump at 3.5-4hg with heating pad (20 min).

Twice a day, 5 times a week, with two days of rest in a row.

I’ll add V-Strech time when the BPFSL isn’t progressing anymore, and 1 week decon when 20 min of stretching proves to do nothing more. Then, start the same routine as above with minimal time and ramping up time again.
I’ll probably switch to one training per day in september (time issue), so I will probably add time under tension and in the pump. I’ll see.

Thank you AndyJ for the tips. I will take your second advice soon, by doing legs stretches, to get something out of that tense pelvic floor I have.

On a side note, I tried cialis to see what it does to me (no ED issue, but wanted to try something for the times I needed to go ham for hours), and it works perfectly, a whole 4 days with the full 20mg, without any side effect. Testing 10mg at the moment.

I changed the ruler and the position of measuring, following the forum’s guide.
NBPEL is still the same, kinda obviously : 6.3, 16cm.
I mesured BPEL standing without pushing the hips forward to read the measurement, verdict : 7 inches, 17,8cm.
My last ruler had a little bit of flexibility and was narrower (getting in the fatpad more efficiently), and I measured pushing the hips forward.

I’m not sad, I got the same dick between my legs, and now I have a baseline, the worst possible measurement ; it’s damn straight and humble !

I know it has been discussed before, but as you can see, little things add and fuck the measurement around.
I still got some gains in the last year, because I was measuring with the same ruler and technique.

I need to update the BPFSL, it’s 20cm with the last technique, and that’s a 0.5cm I seem to have gained in the last week (seem, because I may have changed the position of my hips in the last measurements).

Little details can be a bitch sometimes.

Updating BPFSL after session (forgot to take before, I’ll measure tomorrow morning):
Old ruler: 20,2cm (0,2 cm gain)
New ruler: 18,9cm.

Some details about my measuring adventure :
First mistake: ruler under the pubic bone (-0,3/-0,4cm after correction) - how to: perpendicular ruler to the ground.
Second mistake: ruler with a bit of flexibility (0,2/0,3cm after correction) - how to: bought a metallic ruler.
Third mistake: measuring while sitting with hips forward (-0,3/-0,5cm after correction) - how to: standing straight, hips back.

Every advice here is in the measurement thread, but even if I did read it, I still did some shit like you can see.
I had gains, I always measured the same way, so it’s not really a problem, but, I think I understand why the studies on average seems lower than guys think.
They measure theirs like me, albeit like shit, and compare that size to others to forge an average concept with their own experience.

Without correction, with the former ruler, the maximize size I could get while doing what I thought was a proper BPEL measurement: 19,5cm, 7,67in.
Now: 17,8cm, 7in.

Just some food for thoughts, since I was myself quite puzzled.

I stopped pumping because I was getting bad pi’s even with a light routine.
Since I mostly gained on manuals, I decided to do memento’s routine.
I’m in the second week (started on 08/23). I tweaked it a bit for me and I’m easing in since it’s a hard routine.

- 15 min jelqs + 8x30sec squeezes in the morning.
- 5 minutes light strech straight down under the IR for the warmup + 12 min inverted V stretches + 5 minutes light strecth straight down under IR, in the evening.
- 5 on 2 off with only jelqs on the third day.

BPFSL is progressing, tonight : between 19cm and 19,2cm. Pre-workout BPFSL has progressed too (well, the jelqs helped I guess, it was 18,7cm).

For the measurements, I changed it a little to get more stability : straight legs, but hips forward - I have a nice blocked position like that. Last BPFSL was taken with that posture too, so it’s a gain.
BPEL is 18,2-18,3cm at the moment, without pushing the hips back (it was too hard to reproduce the same position with the hips pushed back).

I’m going 3 months with that routine, maybe getting a 1 week deacon halfway if the gains are slowing.
I know the log is confusing between the old and new ruler + the measurement adventure, but now I have my protocol, so it’ll be an easier read.

BPFSL progressing : 19,2-19,3cm tonight after the session.

BPEL lagging behind but I may have seen some gain, 18,4cm, but it’s so little, I’m taking it with a gain of salt.

Keep up the manuals! Manual stretching and ADS can do wonders!

It’s hard to keep faith at the moment, since I reset the measurements - I’m not sure how much I gained.
NBPEL is at 16-16,2cm, I want 18cm to be satisfied. My fat pad allows me to get 17cm easily if I shape up a bit. So all I need is one centimeter in gains, and 1,5 cm in girth.

Not sure I want more, since I love anal and deepthroating. 7in NBPEL and 5,7in girth, that’s my goal. At the moment, I am 6,3 NBPEL, and between 4,9 and 5,1in in MSEG.
I think, it’s pretty realistic.

First session of the day : 17 min of jelqing - post-session BPFSL : 19,2-19,4cm. That’s without heating and stretching.

I’m expecting to get at least to 19,5cm tonight, after the stretching session.

So, weird thing tonight : my BPFSL after the IR heated stretching session is about the same as the one after the cold jelqing the session.
Some conclusions for now : maybe jelqs are efficient for me as a stretching tool even if I do them at 50-70% erection.
Maybe I suck at stretching. Maybe both.
Or, since I already gained 1cm BPFSL since early july, 0,5 in the last three weeks, I may have exhausted my BPFSL gain for now.
I’m going to keep what I’m doing since it’s working on this end, and continue to check what is happening. If the BPFSL has not moved in two weeks, I may focus on jelqs for 2 weeks before stretching again.
Or maybe, I need to keep the jelqing session in the evening.

We’ll see.

A little update mid-week : BPFSL stuck at 19,2cm since almost one week. Nothing that bad, I still get a 0,5cm strain, so I’ll insist some more.

I checked my old data on the computer and took my old ruler to measure the exact same way as I did when I began.
The verdict is a 1,7cm gain in one year, without following a good routine for more than a few weeks and less than one day of rest per week, hours of masturbation…
Girth is about the same mid-shaft, but I feel my penis is a little less bat-shaped.
I have no measurements to back up that claim though.

I got my coloration back by stopping the pump, and my wife commented how smooth my head is now.
The gains I had reassure me and make me feel less rushed, so I’ll do this with intelligent calmness. Just wondering what I’ll do about girth if it doesn’t come with the lengh gains.
