BP measurements wrong, sorry I never learned
This post is for Newbies, or people that never really measured right.
So as a newbie 12 years ago I would only lurk on the forum and never post. I never measured like I was supposed to since I should have had more access to this site. Even while coming back after 10 years I still did not measure right. I only recently started measuring BP, I was always NBPEL. I just changed my signature to the measurement I know for sure as before I was estimating my BP. What’s weird is that without a ruler like using my hand as a guide, my difference from NBPEL to BP is 1 inch on my body but using a ruler it is 1/2 inch. I’m not sure why the difference is so much when using a ruler vs a finger but it is what it is, I can only note that when pushing down with my finger my BP to NBPEL is larger. So these last 3 months I have been posting I was 7 BP but with a ruler I am 6.5 BP. I apologize for that but I am 100% confident my NBPEL is true and it is how I have always measured.
I never really used a ruler because I never really had it at arms length (lol), I would use my hands to see placement and then take a ruler and measure my hand. Either I am the only idiot that has done this or maybe someone else has done this and can understand. I wanted to place a thread for two reasons. Get your measurements right from the start and if any of my posts over the last 3 months seem off, I apologize. I can only hope to reach a new goal of 6.5 NBPEL - 7 BP (fingers crossed)
Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.
5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)
6.25 NBPEL / 6.75 BPEL / 4.75 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring over ball & shaft) / Grower 4 FL - 4/2024 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.25 EG & Solid EQ)
