Good morning all,

So as per usual (a day late this time) I took my measurements. Things seem to be on the up and up still, yay!

This weeks measurements are as follows:

BPEL: 17.4cm so 6.85 inches
EG: 12.6cm so 4.96 inches

Slow going but still something, really hoping to break the 7 inch and 5 inch barriers. So close yet so far but slow and consistent gains are still coming so no complaints.

So my decon is starting a week early (I originally intended to start after next week and finish after a 2 week go around). But after last night, talking to my ex, I was shown there’s just no hope, which I had foolishly been holding on to. So needless to say I’m battling a little bout of depression. Knowing this, and going off TG’s advice in his threads, I’ve decided now is the time for a decon. So I rubbed one out and measured today as some pre-decon measurements. I don’t know if I’m going to go 2 or 3 weeks yet.

Anywho pre-decon numbers as of tonight:

BPEL: 17.5cm - 6.88in
EG: 12.7cm - 5in (whoop whoop halfway there!)

Anyways, I’ll touch base with post-decon numbers once I feel I’m over this. Meanwhile I’ll just be prowling TP

Evening All,

So I’m planning on returning back to PE after my decon. My current plan is tentatively as follows after 2 weeks of reconditioning the unit:

Length day (sunday and wednesday) -
200 low erections jelq’s
12 jai’s each directions (straight left right down and up)
12 slow crank each direction
12 out front to inner thigh each side
DLD’s (quantity tbd)

Girth day (monday thursday) -
200 mid-high erection jelqs
12 slinky’s each direction
O bends held for 5s at 3 points each direction
12 high erection squeezes (3 points, top/bottom and sides)
5 sets of 5s horse 440’s at every 50th jelq rep and one after the O bends
uli’s (this is tbd)

Let me know what any of the vets think of this, i’m definitely not starting up right off my decon with this, but easing back in to it.

Also my post decon measurements are as follows:

BPEL:17.4 cm
EG: 12.5 cm

Slight loss, but all in all I’m happy, I expect it to be far worse haha

So first night back, I did the length day at half the numbers and no DLD’s. I think i’m going to add in some more, as that took all of 10 minutes, so i’ll probably do some BTC’s and some A’s and V’s, I also think I might add in the fulcrums on the girth days? I don’t know yet, still some easy trial and error getting back in to it, but thought I should write it down as a personal reminder to myself haha.

Well did the measurements and that earlier on the weekend but didn’t have time to post. I’m sitting at what I believe to be a slight disillusionment due to mismeasurement. I don’t think I was quite being truthful to myself nor to the rest of the community (via my posts). I don’t think i was quite “tightening” the tailors tape enough when doing my girth measurement so now I’m snugging it up. My measurements are…

BPEL: 17.5 cm
EG: 12 cm

Sad day, but better than lying to myself.

In other news, this week I’m planning on incorporating the DLD Blasters in to my routine, I’m sure it will be a bit of experimenting to fully get them down pat but that’s what I’m adding to my length days. For girth days I’m increasing to 4 Horse 440’s and going to try adding in a Uli 3. We’ll see how these go!

So last nights attempt at the DLD’s were a failure haha. I read it as doing the entire routine laying down, but upon further googling and reading it seems that you do the A-Stretch portion in a seated position (much easier haha).

Another thing I’ve been reading up on is the turkey neck. Its not that I think I have a full blown turkey neck but I do believe its the beginning stages. I have always had my balls ride high and tight, but since starting PE they seem (or I’ve noticed anyways) to migrate up when I’m hard. This is especially frustrating when getting a BJ and they’re working the shaft with their hand, well then the hand comes down on the now abdomen ascended balls, and this is uncomfortable to say the least and painful in some instances. Damn jumping boys. So I’ve implemented some some light sack stretching in to my morning shower, just doing 2 minutes. One with palm cradling and pulling down for a minute, then doing an “ok” sign above my boys and pulling down while also pulling the glans up. Also another note when hard is that, after they jump, I have a bunch of excess (not loose) skin on the underside of my shaft, this is where I think it might be the start of turkey neck.

So in other news, I’ve decided to set my short term goal as being getting up to 7x5, or 17.7cm x 12.7cm. I think this should be attainable although the girth is going to be a bit more work I think.

Also going to pick up an IR lamp today and see how that effects my routine…

So it was a measurement day today, I think my EG might be slightly skewed as its probably still swollen (inflated) since yesterday was my last training day. I did make sure to tighten the tailors tape though, so that’s covered at least.

BPEL: 17.7cm
EG: 12.2 cm

I did end up adding in the Uli’s, and doing 4 as the last exercise on girth days (3 pump and release working my way up), with only 4 horse 440’s after every 50th jelq rep. The way the veins pop during the 440’s is INSANE though, like when you were a kid and would spin your arm around then grab your wrist and flex your fingers to see the veins on the back of your hand pop. I feel I’ve gotten a handle on the DLD’s so that’s a plus, although the gripping is rather awkward/difficult. Even after reading Marinera’s(?) thread on tips and tricks for manual stretching. I am doing an aided A stretch as either the combo of my wrist or flaccid size being small (I’m 100% a grower and not a shower) makes it difficult. So I’m using a towel rack bar with a facecloth folded and wrapped around it.

So just wanted to double check my measurements so tried again today, I’m sitting at the same 17.7 x 12.2 so not seeming like its inflated.

Also with the IR lamp, does anyone else find it dries out the lube waaay faster? haha feel like I’m using 5x as much throughout my training days….

Morning All,

So its been about a month since I last posted. I have been taking my measurements and it seems as though its still on the up and up.

Jan 20th was BPEL of 17.8 cm and EG was 12.3

This weekends measurements were Bpel of 18 and EG of 12.5 so its seeming to still be going as hoped.

I think for the month of June I want to set a goal for about 18.3 Bpel and 12.8 EG. Nothing crazy, but I’m aiming for these to be my retained goals, so I guess its what I’m aiming for it to be for April then cementing…

Just a random update, I’ve taken it easy the last couple weeks, maybe doing my routine 2-3x per week. My measurements are still the same, so 18bpel and 12.5 EG. Going to up it back to 4x and see hows the measurements are come 2 weeks from now! So until then!

Hello, I was following the post of your progress, your earnings without using devices are incredible. Could you explain to me what those other exercises would be, because I only know stretching and jelqing. And out of curiosity what your measures are currently? Still practice the PE?

Hi Igor. Brahm has not visited the forum since early 2017. He made that last post, left, and hasn’t been back.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

So wow, its been almost 8 years now since I "disappeared". Life took some twists and turns, but PE has been on my mind on and off over that time. So I am back.

I did end up taking that time away from PE. I think there was something like 6 moves, failed relationships, deaths in the family and all sorts of twists and turns. But I am back. Its now been about a month since I started back, and start back slow…

Back on January 7 I took some measurements after a week of restarting PE. I measured at 17 cm long, and I have no idea where my tape measure is so for now thats all I have to go off of. I plan to measure again next weekend.

As with the time off, I’ve gone through some weight fluctuations so I am definitely carrying more of a fat pad than I was before. On the plus side I have quit smoking, so erections are stronger, and more frequent unstimulated (think morning wood).

Over this last month-ish I have been doing:

15 minute warm compress
10x dynamic stretches in 3 directions (left right down)
10x cranks (doing them in in each direction)
100 jelqs
50 leg slaps/shakes
2 sets of girth squeezes (3x5 verticle, 3x5 horizontal)
100 jelqs
50 leg slaps/shakes
2 of a 30s btc stretch (one under each leg)
cool down massages
15 minute warm compress cool down

The kegels are daily-every seond day and ever changing.

Hopefully I’ll be seeing some growth, I was glad to see I didn’t fully lose my gains but sad that it reverted a bit haha. I think any gains I see are mostly going to be the ligaments being stretched right now. What I’d like to see is a girth increase, since I was slightly below 5" (whats that 12cm?). I can definitely feel the difference by the time I get to the girth squeezes and feel it in my hand in comparison to just regular masturbation.

Anyways, lets get some gains!
