You can use a string or strip of paper to register girth. Wrap it, mark both pieces where the string overlaps, then measure the distance between the two marks with the firm ruler.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thanks I totally should have thought of that hah. Derp. Ill do that on my next measure :)

So did the string method, and it seems I’m around 12.5 which was about what I was at prior to my hiatus. I’m guessing that is chalked up to better EQ since I quit smoking! Still hoping to get to that goldicock range of 5.5” or 14-14.5cm

So it seems what I’m doing is working, measured on feb 8th and went up .5cm in length. Could be those returning newbie gains. I’m gonna continue with the program I’m doing and take some preliminary measurements again in 2 weeks. If I notice some stalling i’m going to add in some V and A stretches. I figure I’m going to work on length primarily and then focus on girth later. Maybe do it kind of like a body building program and do them as cycles, 12 weeks length, 12 weeks girth…

At least that’s what I’m thinking for now.
