Brew8s Bigger Bratwurst
Howdy TP.
Been lurking for awhile, and finally decided to take the leap in search of a bigger unit. I’m starting off with the newbie routine, 2 days on, 1 day off. I’m also using a space heater whilst doing my routine. For jelqing, I’m using coconut oil.
My starting measurements are 16-17 cm BPEL, 14-15 cm NBPEL, EG 5.1 inch at base, 5.0 inch mid shaft, or 12.75cm. Measuring erect BPEL and NBPEL is inconsistent as I have a pronounced curve, both upwards and to the left. I also have a significant fat pad that I am trying to lose. I have measured BPEL as high as 18cm although I think this is more likely a measurement error. It can be difficult to get a true measurement because of the curvature. Any recommendations TP? I’m currently using a waist tape measure.
My goals for PE are first and foremost, to correct my curvature and bend. I believe that a straightened penis will automatically give me an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch. My first size goal is 7.5 inches BPEL, 7 inches NBPEL and 5.5 inches E.G. My long term goal is 8.5 inches BPEL, 8 inches NBPEL and 6 inches E.G.
Day 1
5 minutes warm up
10 mins stretching (this was difficult, had to wait for my penis to remain in a flaccid state, so not much stretching was done)
15 mins jelq
5 minutes warm down
20 mins edging (ejac)
Day 2
5 minutes warm up
10 mins stretching (slightly better stretch, still struggled remaining in a flaccid state)
15 mins jelq
5 mins warm down
30 mins edging (no ejac)
Day 3 (rest)
Day 4
Hot bath to warm up (30 mins)
10 mins stretching in bath (much better stretch and warmup, and stayed flaccid throughout)
10 mins stretching (much better stretch, less struggle with remaining flaccid although ligs still feel really tight. Mostly stretching in penis, not at base, ligs?)
15 mins jelq
5 mins warm down
30 mins edging (ejac)
I always welcome feedback on my routine and appreciate the countless success stories on here that serve as additional motivation and have helped to inspire me to attain a large unit for myself. Much thanks to all of you, especially thoughtfulgold.
I plan on doing this routine for a total of 3 months and then either adding a vacextender or hanging. Also open to adding additional manual exercises in lieu of buying equipment, or until gains plateau, but would really like to achieve a straightened penis, which seems to necessitate the use of an extender or hanging.
