Packing: 11 cm
Typical pattern less packing more length in the tube, we’ll just have to see if there is progression. Previously we were further along in terms of packing with this protocol but have reestablished the length. Want to evaluate EQ over time with this lower pressure protocol. One thing I have noticed is that it seems to hang better with the lower pressures. Does that mean the higher pressure was too much? Triggering a protective response? Do the stretching protocols apply here? I would think so but I’m not sure. If you look at the body of work here there is this consensus that higher pressures should only be applied sparingly if at all. I think I’ve seen the upper limit of pressure over time.

Was on point with the meal plan yesterday and I did walk maybe a half mile but the wind chased me back inside. I have 5 days of food mapped out and need to be on point. Took blood pressure readings yesterday and that is looking good with the diastolic consistently in the 60s. However the blood glucose did spike immediately after the last food of the day. So I do want to look at that again. I want the meal plan to support level glucose levels so I’ll monitor it and if needed will adjust the meal plan again in 5 days Fat loss will help with that as well as we lean up.
I’m going to have to put the stretching back in as the load on the lifting is just at that point now where I need it. Need to see a print below 182 by May, 181 would be better but we need to be closer to striking distance with enough time to go.
So far so good though.
