So since I decided to pause the recent extender effort until the Fall. I decided to explore the VED(Pumping) protocol that is based on recent clinical studies.
So there was a study that explored the optimal pressure and they found that was around 4hg. And then they looked at different pumping protocols and found that 5 minutes with a 2 minute rest followed by another 5 minutes, provided the best results during the 28 day study period.
I am not expecting much from this in terms of PE especially given the vast experience shared by the members here, but I am curious if such a limited protocol would have positive EQ benefits.
From my previous limited pumping experience, I do not want any red dots or edema. I have tried this once before and there was neither. So we’ll give this a go. We’ll go 28 days and then reassess.
