Okay so we’ve had a little over 7 months of maintenance, consisting of no more of 3 X per week with low tension but many consecutive weeks of doing nothing. I did experiment with the Thermedic Far IR heat to sort that out and found some hot spots which I have lightly covered. I also experimented with very very low tension sort of along the lines of mobility work and found that it supports optimal EQ.

Makes me wonder if very low pressure pumping does something similar.

For this next campaign 1/4” was added to the extender.

IR heat will be applied for 45 minutes starting at the 7.5 minute mark of the session, I found that the temp becomes very uncomfortable past 45 minutes.

7.5 minute cool down, consisting of turning off heating pad, removal at 5 minutes.

Not sure of duration of campaign, but with very, very slow ramp up of tension.

One daily session.

Not sure how many weekly sessions haven’t sorted that out yet thinking 4-5. From what I’ve seen with the maintenance 2 on one off seems to be optimal, but that does not work for my schedule.

Success would be defined if we can get to max tension with the 1/4” increase in extender length and there is an increase in terminal strain from the best previous levels, being very realistic with expectations.

At some point I’m expecting that we will see a point of diminishing returns at which point I’ll permanently switch to 3 X per week maintenance for health. Maybe this time, we’ll see.

Was able to start today.

0 tension
down position @ 2.5 minutes
Reset noose @ 5 minutes and add heat
12% tension @ 50 minutes and remove heat
end session @ 57 minutes

Terminal strain in the extender measuring straight out 7-6/16”.

I’m going to use this measure for this campaign to monitor progress as it is easier, but will compare the terminal strain to how I measured before to see if new ground was made.

I noticed that it took me a bit of time to apply and secure the heat pad so I let it go a little longer.

I applied small pieces of bandaid to the hot spots on the heat pad and that seems to have resolved the issue so that the high setting could be used. I would say that the last 5 minutes I would describe as slightly uncomfortable but tolerable

Been out of town for a while and well EQ was outstanding yesterday.

I did take a measure at the end and it was positive but I would think that there would be some deviation, so I’m thinking that reporting should occur with consecutive positives.

I’m expecting this to be a long slow slog

My heating pad also has hot spots. Wrapping it in a towel helped that a bit.

Hot spot issue is resolves, no issues with consecutive days.

So far so good and while I’m not going to get overzealous and report short run accommodations, but things are already going in the right direction.

My concern the mistake that I’ve seen is increasing the load too soon and too fast. So I’m pretty sure that a linear approach would be too aggressive. So I’m thinking something regressive.

What I mean by that is that small increases in load should be held for increasingly longer time periods. I don’t have precision here, but as an example something like 0% 5 days, 6% for 10 days, 12% for 15 days……..I just need to map it out so it fits within the time frame of this campaign.

Time to pull out the spreadsheet.

So far so good. I found that adding the pad after 5 minutes in the down position lets it better approximate the base. Heating pad turns off at around 25 minutes so at 30 minutes need to turn it off and back on.

Just thinking about this some. At some point it is my belief that there will be a point of diminishing returns such that the effort will simply be towards health.

If there are additional gains to be made the only thing that will stop those from being realized is too much load. So the mistake would be to ramp up the load too fast.

With that in mind, I’m going to remove the timeline and let the adaptation determine load(really length) increases.

I came to the same conclusion for my own sanity - we have to forget timelines and not compare to other’s success or lack thereof in order to enjoy this journey. Anytime I’ve gone up on load too fast in order to get a bigger penis faster it’s always resulted in the opposite, frustration and disappointment. It also has the effect of toughening, which puts us even farther behind achieving our goals.

I’m now at the point that if all I get is improved EQ and penis health then it’s a win and enjoyable. Everything else that comes is is icing on the cake.

I need to change a few things up here. Adding incremental tension with the heat pad in place is a sloppy process. So I’m going to change that, so that the tension is added and then the heat pad is applied. Also I want to add the tension in 2.5 minute increments because looking around the corner adding it all at once goes against the whole idea of stress relaxation.

The other thing is the adding of the tension at the end when cooling. Given that this is spring loaded and the cooling in and of itself will increase the tension, adding tension in addition to the increase tension from cooling seems to put excess pressure on the glans. So I think I’m going to drop that.

I think it’s different in the case of hanging, where a load increase would require an increase in load.

Moreover, towards the end of the campaign that wouldn’t be available anyway as there’s only so much the screws can be backed out.

Just some refinements.

Complication.

I developed a small blister as a result of adding tension during the cooldown and during todays session I noticed it was leaking at 45 minutes in so I stopped the session and will take 10 days off for healing.

We’ll see but more than likely will wait till after the 1st and start back up after the holidays. Definitely sorted out some protocols here. I’m definitely not adding tension during the cooldown.

One thing got me thinking I mentioned the other day that the penis feels warm afterwards, makes me think maybe a slightly longer cooldown is called for.
