One observation I’m thinking that the reset of the noose puts too much tension on the glans so will try without that step going forward. Felt pretty damn hot at the end, I think 45 minutes is plenty.

I’m using the Thermedic Far IR heat pad that others here use. I’ve never used heat before so I can not speak to results. Anecdotally it feels robust.

Problem today maintaining flaccid when attaching, had to end a little early during the cool down, too much pressure on the glans. Happens sometimes.

Tension really builds up during the cool down.

Thinking on 4 days per week as that seems to be just enough and that’s all I want to do, is just enough.

I’m not posting results as they seem too good too soon. I suspect I’m just regaining from the long deload. I think we just have to see if we exceed the previous max lengths.

So I can back out the tension screws about 100 half turns. So I call 12 half turns 12%. I do not have a scale to measure actual tension. I just make sure not to progress until the tension at the end of the sessions has become very very light and the pressure on the glans is minimal.

Just one note, for sure need to be careful with the noose, too tight puts too much pressure on the ridge of the glans and reduces the head swell which is helpful for retention. I would say look at the level of blanching and how long it takes for it to resolve as a guide.
