So at around around 35 minutes I felt a twinge on the glans and rather than risk an injury I discontinued the session. Turns out it was a false alarm, glans condition was fine.

You’re absolutely consistent. Admirable, to say the least; and on a noose setup, no less. I tried a diy noose recently with regular home workshop items, just to see, I won’t be doing it again.

I blanched quickly and glans shrunk, fast. Too tight, too loose? I don’t know. Not gonna be my thing. I commend your effort and hope for your gains report in the future!

Okay so got the full duration today without incident at the very slightly higher tension and the tension at the end was not excessive. Also the heat was well tolerated with very intimate wrapping of the pad, so perhaps the skin needed a little conditioning.

I would say the hardest part of this is threading the needle. The best analogy would be putting in the summer cut. I like to have visible abs by the summer, but if you do your cut too aggressively and without enough protein in your diet, you’ll lose weight but too much muscle with it and not get the optimal result.

Same thing here you push it and you’ll get a protective tissue response or injury. That’s why I need to insist on no timeline and let the results dictate the progression.

For some reason I’ve developed a fascination with the idea of a VED or penis pump, but I’ll avoid obtaining one until this campaign is done, I don’t want to derail this effort. Probably need to look into another Far IR heat pad for that. I would definitely not get too wide a tube, still very cautious towards too much girth.

So at around around 32.5 minutes I felt a twinge on the glans similar to a few days ago and rather than risk an injury I discontinued the session. Turns out that maybe the other day was not was a false alarm. Looks like the glans condition, without the reset to better secure it, will be the limiting factor. So either I need to put back the reset or simply go a max of 2 days in a row. We’ll see. I’ll experiment with that tomorrow.

I got a new desk in one of the spare rooms so I do have unlimited privacy now!

Because I added the resetting of the noose at 5 minutes, which pulls forward the glans position in the cradle and adds tension to the system, I reduced the session tension by 6 %. Intimate wrapping of heat pad required reducing heat setting at 37.5 minutes.

My impression is that 2 consecutive days is probably it in terms of maintaining glans condition, which IMO is the limiting factor.

We’ll take tomorrow off and then test this idea.

Couple things. I suspect that the reset of the noose at 5 minutes adds more than 6% tension so I reduced the tension to be sure to get to 60 minutes. With the intimate velcro wrapping the heat was uncomfortably hot at 37.5 minutes in so I had to lower it. I bumped it back up to high for the last 5 minutes of heat. Maybe will be able to bump it up for the last 7,5 minutes will sort that out.

Right now just going to focus on getting a baseline effort going as I’m sorting this out.

Things went well today except that we’ll need to sort out the heat settings. At the 30 minute mark it was just too hot so reduced to the low setting. At 37.5 minutes tried the medium setting but only managed 2.5 minutes before needed to go down to low again. At 45 minutes went to high to see if we could do the last 7.5 minutes on the high setting. It got pretty uncomfortable the last minute or 2 so it’s still a work in progress.

I really don’t have any organized thoughts on an approach here regarding the heat settings, it’s going to just be trial an error and see if I gain insights over time.

The 12% tension was well managed today which is probably the most significant aspect of today’s session.

For some reason the heat was better tolerated by the skin and the whole session was with high heat. I would say the last 15 minutes were uncomfortable but tolerable. Things are getting sorted out.

One thing I noticed is that the tension buildup is appreciable at around 5 minutes into the cooldown, I’m wondering is a more rapid cooldown is warranted?

The 12% tension seemed light with very little blanching at the attachment so I decided to test 18%, that went well. Glans condition at end of session was good and the terminal tension seemed light.

For some reason the high heat was not tolerated well today so I reduced it to the low setting at 30 minutes and then bumped it back up to high at 42.5 minutes for the last 10 minutes. The last few minutes were uncomfortable but this regimen worked out.

I really have no insights on why the heat tolerance varies day to day, but I’ll just adjust accordingly. My thinking though is to finish the session on the high heat setting for as long a time as is tolerated. At the end of the session the shaft was warm to the touch throughout.

Will be baking at 18% for a time.

Have to view todays session as encouraging.

Went well. Definitely felt the tension increase during the cool down. Got distracted and did not increase to high heat until 47.5 minutes in. Held the high heat till 55 minutes and then turned off heat and removed pad, Felt the effects of the more rapid cool down.
