This continuous enhanced flaccid particularly upon waking but throughout has me curious. It seems correlated to the introduction of the Far-IR heat, I guess we’ll see over time how this manifests. I had read that PE does lead to improved flaccid, but I never experienced it before.

Heat tolerance was diminished after a day off. Is that a correct observation? The record says yes. Was able to sustain the 42% tension after a day off, that seems to be a positive. Glans tissues handled the tension well. Continued incremental improvements in strain measures. Thinking this week and next at 42%.

I’ve been following your thread and happy to see it’s working well for you. I’ve been hanging like 5.5, and having little success. I also find it a hassle in setting everything up to hang. I do it in stealth and believe it would be more convenient to use an extender- less items to sneak into the bathroom. I’m also having trouble finding good info on its use. I’m getting the vacuum extender from Total Man. I have both the FIR pads. What I need cleared up is at what tension do I start? With increasing tension q5m, how much tension do I add? You talk about % increases, but I don’t quite get it. Is this increase a percentage of the initial extended length? This is easy with weights, not too clear to me with the extender. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. I’m looking forward to getting the extender and using it- maybe in a week or two.

So with my extender, I know that I have about 102 half turns for it to be fully extended. For simplicity I call 6 half turns 6% so essentially it’s what percent of the total turns I have made. I am not measuring the load as I am not set up for it. I start at zero which is way too light but then the tissues need to get conditioned so that’s okay. Because I do not measure the actual load, I look to qualitative measures for feedback to make sure I am not advancing too quickly which would be the only mistake.

Because of this my campaigns will take longer than necessary.

As far as the starting length of the extender. I want it so that at the reset at 5 minutes I want the tip of the glans to be at the tip of the cradle. I and others have found that at this forward position slippage is a non issue, providing the noose is well secured with velcro.

I don’t have insights regarding the correct starting length for a vacuum extender as I haven’t used one but I would imagine it would be related to too much tension leading to blisters.

Everything went much better today. Abrasion from yesterday is largely healed. My theory on yesterday’s difficulty is that I did not get enough sleep for the tissues to recover. I don’t know why I ever fight with women but it seems like every once in a rare while I need to be a neurotic asshole. Thank God women are pretty forgiving and I can usually recover.

Glans condition at end was good and I’m optimistic about increasing tension by next Thursday.

4 days in a row and heat tolerance was a non issue with the Thermedic.

Received the Total Man IR heating pad yesterday. The bad: The stitching on the switch was partially torn and while it works I am concerned about the long run durability. The good: It is a really nice pad and the size is really perfect for my length in an extender and the length is sufficient to wrap all the way around, which I can not do with the small Thermedic. Indeed I think it should work with a vacuum pump as well.

I did reach out to Total Man about the defect, we’ll see what they say.

Was a little hot at the end. Could have easily handled more tension today. Sticking with the planned increase in tension every 2 weeks, so next Thursday. So looks like about 19 weeks to go.

One thing I have to say about spending time on Thunders is that your perspective changes. I think prior I would have solely favored length and now a long skinny member is off putting. Also there is a more acute awareness of the practical challenges of length. But purely from desirability perspective a balance of functional proportions develops. You come to a better understanding of the subject matter.

Not much to report. Good session nothing remarkable. Glans condition good at end. Heat tolerance was better today. Had better sleep maybe it’s that. Pretty sure we’ll up the tension at the end of next week. BUT there’s no hurry not going to rush it.
