Every increase in tension has resulted in an increase in terminal strain during this campaign so far. I have not measured the old way to see where we are at compared to the end of the last campaign.

Usually the second day of higher tension is the most challenging. I remember thoughtfulgold writing about this and suggesting the tugback should be observed and be used as a guide for the upper limit of load. I think it’s another useful qualitative observation to keep an eye on.

This was further compounded today because I did not get the attachment exactly right, with the glans slightly twisted, which placed unbalanced pressure on the tissues. That said the terminal glans condition was quite good and we’re on our way!!!

Looking at the log now that we’ve gone to 6 sessions per week, it seems like 9 sessions at a tension level is what it takes. Still if we allow 2 weeks we’re looking at 20 more weeks, which is not bad at all.

And then just to reestablish the goal here. The last campaign got me to ~22.5 cm which is in the down position in the extender measured from the base of the extender to the tip of the glans which I documented with a picture for comparison. My goal for this campaign is to exceed 23cm. IMO if I am not able to realize that, I would be of the opinion that I have reached the point of diminishing marginal returns and then we switch to maintenance and exploring the effects of a vacuum erection device on supporting optimal EQ.

Cradle broke at the 5 minute mark during the reset so we had to start over, so overall the session was longer. Maybe because of that the glans position at the end was further forward in the cradle. Glans condition good at the end. Temperature tolerance last 5 minutes was a bit rough. Definitely handling the 48% tension now. Sticking with this till next week Thursday.

This was day 4 at 48% and the tension was well tolerated today, to the point that I could have added additional tension but for once I exerted discipline. From this point forward I really need to make sure that the incremental increases in load are not too much, so I’m going to stick with the every 2 weeks schedule. With the 1/4” increase in extender length at this point we have to be approaching new ground so we need to be careful to stay in the sweet spot for load.

Heat tolerance was a bit of an issue so I cycled it on and off the last 8 minutes or so. Otherwise is was a great session. grabbed forward position in the cradle and the tension felt light at the end. Glans condition excellent at the end. Did not experience the tension buildup during the cooldown, thinking that the tension is actually a little too light at this point. Still sticking with the plan, next scheduled tension increase is next Thursday.
Seems like progress.

Looking forward to getting the TotalMan IR heat pad. I did pick up a 2+amp usb adaptor for it and an extension cord as what comes with it is a little short. Probably a power bank would have been a better idea.

One thing that strikes me here is that for sure the 1 hour sessions 6 days in a row are definitely providing the best results. Seems like everyday builds on the previous day. I think 5.5squared did 5 days in a row and took the weekends off, so my experience is not unique. This seems to be in contrast to what to what kyrpa et al found to be the case. The only thing that i can think of is that the loads here and in 5.5’s case were kept lower so that more consecutive days could be performed before the accumulated strain required a short term deload.

And it wasn’t as though this was intentional. My change in work schedule pushed intimacy to the weekends so there wasn’t much of an incentive to take days off during the week in anticipation of intimacy and wanting to optimize EQ.

The other thing that makes me think the loads here are lighter is that in the circumstance where there is unplanned intimacy during the week and there was a morning session EQ is not horribly impacted. Just takes a little bit longer maybe to get it going but then it’s plenty robust.

So I’m thinking that this falls into that theory that kyrpa put out that the therapeutic heat assists the strain why concomitantly reducing inflammation.

I have not really tested this thoroughly, but when I was testing things out during the long deconditioning phase. I noticed that a day in which the IR heat was used and zero tension was used for a session, that same day the EQ was through the roof. The “n” was very small, but something to explore down the road. I think that and pumping effects on EQ is something to be explored. I am suspicious that there are potentials there for optimizing penile health as expressed in robust EQ, post the active phase of enhancement.

As has been noted previously after a day off the heat tolerance is reduced.
Yesterday I experienced low EQ which is very rare for me. I was very tired from a lack of sleep and work so it might have been an aberration but something to keep an eye on.

Plan was to increase the tension tomorrow. However I’m having guests over the weekend and will have to take several days off. Since the glans seemed to be tolerating the 48% tension well I decided to up it today and see about getting some sessions in at 54% before the weekend. One observation today is that the tension increase during the cooldown dissipated 7.5 minutes in, so in my anecdotal opinion, that’s about what is needed during the cooldown. Pretty sure this is consistent with what Tutt reported.

Heat tolerance was better today but I did turn it to low at 44 minutes. I think the fact that I had a contact burn and that there is still a small mark on the skin is really off putting to me so I have no interest in pushing it, even though I have dealt with the problem and probably could have tolerated it. I am looking forward to switching to the TotalMan heat pad when it arrives.

Glans condition was good at the end. Tension at end was not excessive. Glans was in a good forward position in the cradle at the end of the session. All good signs.

One thing I have noticed before and I mentioned previously is that the second day after a tension increase seems to be the critical day. It seems that can cause a slight tug back phenomenon the following day, so if tomorrow 54% is not there, I will back down to 48%. What I do not want to do is injure the tissues at the attachment by being overzealous.

So far so good. Tension increases have averaged around after 9-10 sessions. Looks like around 18 weeks to go for this campaign.

Went well. Was anticipating a tug back on the second day at 54% but instead it went better than yesterday. Heat tolerance was worse or I’m just not willing to deal with it. Been treating the burn site with Silver Sulfidine that my doctor had prescribed for a burn a long time ago and that seems to be improving steadily. Am going to get a session in tomorrow morning and I have a date night tomorrow, so we’ll see if it impacts EQ.
