Heat tolerance reduced today. During the cooldown the attachment tissues started complaining so ended the session a little early. That’s 4 days in a row at 54%. Taking the next 2 day off, which I think the glans tissues at the attachment could use a break anyway.

Weekend guests were delayed, so got in another session. Yesterday’s session caused a small a small blister/bruise largely resolved by this morning. Okay so after 2 days off was a bit surprised that we were able to go right back to 54%. Heat tolerance was good go the whole session on high. The tension ramp up during the cooldown did feel amplified. Still thinking next week Thursday for the next tension increase.

Tension increase at attachment during cooldown seemed too high so ended it a little early. Glans condition at end though was fine, some kind of attachment issue. Maybe too tight or maybe a little slippage. Back at it Sunday.

First day with the TotalMan IR heat pad. For my length it fits just perfectly within the space of the extender and has enough length to comfortably wrap around. I know there was concern about the reported heat settings being lower but at 25 minutes I had to go to medium heat. Not sure if it is hotter or if it is because it’s a more complete wrap compared to the small sized Thermedic, but suffice it to say the heat output is plenty. I tried a few times to cycle to high but very quickly could not tolerate the high setting.

The interesting thing is after removal of the pad the shaft felt much warmer to the touch than the Thermedic and I’m quite sure it is because this pad wraps all the way around. Pretty happy with this pad.

Bumped up to 60% a little early but is was more a matter of needing to create a little more space for the heating pad at the start, to gain better access to the tension adjustment.

Glans condition at the end was good.

One thing to keep in mind with the totalman is it doesn’t heat to the edges, if I remember correctly someone recently cut it open and the heating elements didn’t go to the ends of the pad. To get around this just double the pad back on its self so the edges of the pad are not in contact with your dick. Just a bit of an optimization

So my planned use for it is based on research that showed a high rate of success with EQ when used for 10 minutes twice daily. I don’t have an EQ issue but I’m viewing it more as a preventive maintenance device. That’s my curiosity with it. It has been the case that the second day of a tension increase leads to challenges and today was no exception. I was fumbling with the Totalman pad and I don’t think that helped any.
I was able to fold over the edge but I’m not sure how much that helps given that by 24 minutes the high heat setting was intolerable to an even larger degree. So more intense but for a shorter duration.

Also trying to figure out the optimal way to apply it and still have access to the tension screws.

We’ll know better tomorrow.

Went better today. Still working out how to best apply the Totalman heat pad. I needed to readjust it after backing out the screws fully, to get it further down the shaft.

Glans condition was good at the end and the tension at the end seemed less than yesterdays session. We’re almost a week ahead of schedule so no hurry.

Still finding it remarkable how the flaccid hang seems to always be enhanced now. Never had a good flaccid but now it’s not so bad. It’s got to be the heat. Never thought it would matter to me but this improvement disproves it. Hell I think this campaign is worth that alone.

The area of the contact burn in addition to the blister had darkened pretty significantly but is slowly and steadily resolving, as is the burn mark but still retains a shiny appearance. Not happy with myself that I let that happen.

Started the summer cut yesterday. Which is a 3 pronged approach of weight lifting to maintain muscle, 9 workouts every 2 weeks, aerobics to burn more calories, 3 runs and multiple walks every 2 weeks and following a meal plan with adequate protein and a slight reduction in calories to slim down. It’s a 3 month plan and when I did this 2 years ago I cut up really good and there was a massive reduction of the fat pad. I’d already been doing the weight lifting but am adding the meal plan and the aerobics.

For me the fat pad reduction isn’t so much about enhancing appearance of length although that is the case, but much more so the esthetics I really don’t like how the fat pad bulges out and leaning up really tightens that up and enhances how the package is framed.

I am using an extender with a noose. I secure the noose with velcro so it does not slip. I am using a TotalMan IR heat pad wrapped around the shaft first with high heat and then reducing it to medium heat when it gets too hot.

The extender has screws to increase the tension. You can turn the screws about 100 half turns. The percent is how many turns the screws are backed out.

Let me know if you need more explanation.
