Went better today. Still working out how to best apply the Totalman heat pad. I needed to readjust it after backing out the screws fully, to get it further down the shaft.
Glans condition was good at the end and the tension at the end seemed less than yesterdays session. We’re almost a week ahead of schedule so no hurry.
Still finding it remarkable how the flaccid hang seems to always be enhanced now. Never had a good flaccid but now it’s not so bad. It’s got to be the heat. Never thought it would matter to me but this improvement disproves it. Hell I think this campaign is worth that alone.
Has anyone else noticed this?
The area of the contact burn in addition to the blister had darkened pretty significantly but is slowly and steadily resolving, as is the burn mark but still retains a shiny appearance. Not happy with myself that I let that happen.
Started the summer cut yesterday. Which is a 3 pronged approach of weight lifting to maintain muscle, 9 workouts every 2 weeks, aerobics to burn more calories, 3 runs and multiple walks every 2 weeks and following a meal plan with adequate protein and a slight reduction in calories to slim down. It’s a 3 month plan and when I did this 2 years ago I cut up really good and there was a massive reduction of the fat pad. I’d already been doing the weight lifting but am adding the meal plan and the aerobics.
For me the fat pad reduction isn’t so much about enhancing appearance of length although that is the case, but much more so the esthetics I really don’t like how the fat pad bulges out and leaning up really tightens that up and enhances how the package is framed.
Lots going on here. Let’s get it done!!!
