I tried just pumping at the beginning of May, but I stopped 2 weeks in. I’ve been on and off with PE from 2013. I have all the equipment from total man and 3 different size chambers for pumping. I just can never find the time to consistently do PE.
When I was trying this last month, I was trying the method of "thetiltist" (I don’t quite remember if that’s the name or if I got the spelling. Gonna check back with that, but he has a long feed and just pumps and jelqs).
I’ve tried hanging but I don’t like it and the time and privacy needed for that, I don’t have. I like pumping. I also have the hydro pump that I don’t ever use lol. I wanna start the journey again, not sure when though. When I was pumping on a daily I would do 2 15 minute sessions at 5ph-6ph, which seems to be too much. So when I’m going for it again I’m gonna cut that time and maybe go with 4ph.
I love PE, I just wish I could be as consistent as I want to. When I pump I’m around 7.4 inches, and when I leave it for 10-15 minutes it gets up to 8.1" everytime. Then I’d clamp for 15 and that makes me look huge. But it messes up my EQ unless I rest for a day or 2, I noticed that rest is very vital in PE.
