Hello. I’m new to this forum but I’ve known about PE for a few years now. I only started seriously last February 2023. As of this date I’ve gained exactly 0.5 inches in girth solely from air pumping with a homemade 2 inch cylinder from a 500 CC syringe.

2/17/23 6 BPEL x 4.625
3/02/23 6 BPEL x 4.75
4/06/23 6 BPEL x 4.875
5/06/23 6 BPEL x 5.125

I’m coming up on my 4th month but my gains have stagnated. I started with pumping 5hg x 5min x 2sets building up to 10hg x15 minutes x 4 sets fully packing a 2 inch diameter tube in the first set and transitioning to a 2.25 leluv cylinder that I also pack in 5 minutes.
My penis can tolerate that high Hg without any negative PI whatsoever. (The only injury I encountered was bleeding from the urethra when I abruptly repressurized by accident)

I’ve searched the forum for high HG routines but can’t find any, if there is anyone who can give advice, it’d be appreciated.
I’ve tried low hg but I think my dick doesn’t get enough significant expansion anymore at 5hg. Will a decon break fix this?
I notice also that I pack very quickly a 2inch and 2.25 inch cylinder even at 5hg though my girth is small.
I’m aware that I’ve had faster gains than most, don’t want to come off as bragging. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you

I’ve never pumped, but clamping gave me excellent results, a quarter inch of girth in less than a month.

Nice. Congrats on your gains. What you say aligns with what I keep hearing about clamping— that it’s the best exercise for girth. Care to share your routine?

I’m a bit apprehensive about trying it, as its riskier than pumping and I tend to get carried away but I guess light clamping will be much safer than progressing to 15hg pumping.

One thing I like about clamping is that it’s simple. When I was jelqing, I had to keep my erection at a certain percentage, which was difficult and felt unnatural. When I clamp, I watch a video, and then when I’m as aroused as possible, I put the clamp on, as tight as possible. Then I edge, which is usually just some light touching, because I’m so aroused. I’ve increased the time from 10-15 minutes to 25-30 minutes, which makes sense on paper, but somehow feels like too much. If you’re just starting out, start with five minutes, and then increase from there. As far as my routine, I would say every 2-3 days. I don’t do it on days I go to the gym, or if I have something else I have to take care of. It makes sense to do it when you have the most energy, which for me is during the day.

What’s interesting is that my gains have stopped. I’m not complaining, since I made so much progress in a limited time. So my goal now is not to mail it in, but just like in the gym, work at 100%. In clamping terms, that means as much blood in my dick as possible, not just before the clamp goes on, but after too.

I’ve been pumping a few months now 5-6Hg x 5-10 min mostly 8 min. Then clamp & edge for another 5-10. I have rubber C ring on during pump then E/C as well afterwards leave ring on for slower deflation. Seems to be working we’ll see at my next measured interval. I’m not really clamp tight so blood can get in then when engorged click it down a notch or two.
