Breaking Through A Plateau
I have hit a bit of a plateau and need to get some advice on breaking through. Since longer hanging sessions are bad for circulation, I’m assuming it’s time to add weight. I would like some experience before I do this though.
I currently hang 3x20 minutes at 5lb. 4-5 times per week. All hanging is done with a heating pad wrapped around my penis and I take 10-15 minute breaks between sets.
Plateau breaking advice is what I’m searching for, gentlemen.
