This is my daily progress Log/Journal.

Starting Statistics (Taken 14th Sept. 2022):

  • NBPFL - 4.0"
  • MSFG - 4.75"
  • NBPEL - 7.25"
  • MSEG - 5.25 "

Starting Routine:
Thanks to luvdadus for this routine
Newbie Routine
  1. 5 minutes heat (warm-up)
  2. 5 minutes of manual stretching (10 x 30 second stretches. One stretch per direction: up, down, left, right and straight out. Repeat.)
  3. BTC Stretch (5-minute hold)
  4. 10 minutes of jelqing (Equates to roughly 200 x 3-second strokes)
  5. 50 x 5 seconds of kegels
  6. 5 minutes heat (warm-down)

Schedule:
2 On / 1 Off

Day 1

Day 1 - Completed

Currently I practice P.E in my shower and use hot water there to warm-up and warm down.

Will have to do some research on the best way to hold stretches comfortably without too much discomfort.

Overall, the first session was fine.

Adding up the time for each exercise, the routine is 34 minutes long, however I took closer to an hour, due to inefficiency.

Day 2

Day 2 Completed - (yesterday)

Stretches are easier to hold under constant heat (the constant heat I use is a steady flow of warm water in my shower)

Off day today, no P.E Exercises.

Missed Days

Was moving, things were a bit hectic.

Missed two days. But will resume as off later today.

Will be hitting the gym regularly as well.

Sometimes Real Life(tm) happens. The important thing is not letting skipping sessions become a habit. I make detailed logs of my work, but even a tick mark on a calendar is better than nothing. It’s remarkable how soon a couple of days can turn into a couple of months can turn into “yeah, I need to start doing that again.”

Routine completed.

Used some toilet paper around the head of my penis to help with holding manual stretches and it made a noticeable difference / my hand didn’t tire out as easily.

Completed

Did 20 minutes of Jelqing.

This week wasn’t the best, will make next week better and more consistent.
