I’ve made a few posts to this point and decided that starting and maintaining a progress thread will keep me accountable and consistent. As the title states, I started PE as I wasn’t happy with my EQ. This unhappiness manifested in lack of satisfaction from sex, lowering my libido and overall affecting my mood. Having been a stalker on this site for a year or so I decided to dedicate a few weeks of consistent work doing the newbie routine and now I’m six weeks in.

Starting stats are NBPEL at 5” and MSEG at 4.5”. I’ve a since measured at 6” NBPEL and 4.75” MSEG. I attribute this increase to improved erections not necessarily gains. I know in my youth I regularly measured at 6” so I believe I’m back to having erections like I did when I was a young man. This was my goal and I achieved it in less than a month.

Now, I have no plans to clamp or pump as I have a family and not a lot of time or privacy to commit to PE. However, I am curious to see if I can increase my girth. I would love to reach 5.5” MSEG but that’s a long term goal. I’ll continue to jelq and stretch and apply heat for the next three months measuring along the way for progress.

Another day, another session. 6 minute hot wrap followed by 5 minutes of stretching, including an inverted V stretch for about 15 seconds each at the base, mid shaft and at the circ scar. This stretch was intense, more so than I expected thus the brief time holding each. I do believe this stretch affected my jelqing and post PE flaccid hang. Jelq intensity was affected as achieving any level of erection took longer than usual. Did 10 minutes of jelqing with a few squeeze jelqs mixed in as wet jelqs are no longer leaving me with any fatigue. After this point of the routine I like to work up to a full erection and then allow it to subside which typically leaves me with a fuller, flaccid hang. Not today.

A couple things to note, this was day 3 of my 5 days of PE. I have been going Monday to Friday with the weekend off. This worked well at the start and I’d like to continue this pace but it may be too much too soon. I’ll try again tomorrow morning but if I have the same level of performance I’ll stop and rest. The holidays affected my routine as there was less privacy but I got time on Sunday to start back. That’s why I’m on day 3 of training this week. Last thing, I did edge for a bit yesterday before allowing a release. This could also be why my session this morning wasn’t as intense as I’m used to. Flaccid hang is fine, no turtling or donut but it’s a tad bit shorter than yesterday.

After yesterday’s session I thought I needed a rest day. I woke this morning with wood and took that as a PI. Usual 6 minute warm up and skipped the stretching as I was short on time. 10 minutes of wet jelq with a few sets of squeeze jelqs mixed in. I noticed there was no tingling or other PI’s after jelqing. I stimulated myself to a full erection and then allowed it to subside on it’s own. Flaccid hang is improved from yesterday.

Day 5 of PE this week. 6 minute warm up followed by 5 minutes of stretching. I used the inverted V stretch again but didn’t pull as hard as I did on Tuesday. I really like this stretch and in my short experience, this stretch is harder on my penis than jelqing! I followed with 10 minutes of jelqing that did not go well. I struggled again to maintain the needed erection level. I attempted to squeeze jelq and again couldn’t get the erection level needed. In hindsight I should have stopped and started my rest days, but I did not. I took a different approach akin to clamping but without the hardware. I cinched a tight grip at the base and simulated myself to an engorged state and held it for about a minute. Switched hands, executed a few kegels and cinched again. I did this twice with each hand. I found the tingling I desired and stopped. I followed this up with a hot towel wrap while the engorgement subsided.

Flaccid hang is a bit shorter than yesterday and I’m convinced it’s the V stretch causing this. On Tuesday, this was the only negative PI, today is one of many signifying over training.

Lessons learned this week are as follows. Treat PE like any other physical training, rest days are imperative. PE may need to be cycled where one day is stretching, next day is jelqing, etc. Rinse and repeat. Tomorrow morning will be a rest day along with Saturday and Sunday. Monday I’ll pick back up with the newbie routine and see how it goes.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were all rest days. I got back to it on Monday and half way through my jelqing routine, during a squeeze jelq, I felt a sharp pain down the right side of my penis from the glans. Immediately I stopped, looked things over and verified nothing was bulging, discolored or otherwise out of place. For good measure I squeezed lightly up and down the shaft monitoring for pain or discomfort. I didn’t feel any but still ended my session and took Tuesday as a rest day.

Today I hot wrapped for 7 minutes and stretched for 5. Instead of pulling statically in one direction, I did V and inverted-V stretches up and down the shaft changing up between the two as I went. I reduced the intensity of the stretch and held each for at least 15 seconds. I found that by the end of this time I was rather fluffed and ready for jelqs. I jelqed for the standard 10 minutes without any jelq squeezes mixed in. I felt this appropriate as I was ramping up intensity faster than advised. At the end of the ten minutes I did some manual squeezes or clamps while stimulating myself. I found the expansion from a manual clamp is quite addicting! I held two or three of these for about a minute each. No pain, no numbness, no cold feeling in the glans. Cleaned up and maintained a great flaccid hang for about an hour.

I plan to PE the rest of the week giving me a three on, two off cycle.

My goal for the rest of January is to find whether I respond best to volume, intensity or frequency though I’m not sure I’ll discover this in a few weeks.. More likely a few months!

Thursday, day 3 of PE since Monday and it was a poor session. Yesterday was great, large flaccid hang preceded by a great workout. Applied hot wrap for 7 minutes. 5 minutes of v and inverted-v stretches, held for about 30 seconds along the shaft changing up the stretch as I went. There was no engorgement at the end but rather a stretched out flaccid member. I started lubing up for jelqs and there wasn’t much response, so I focused a bit and achieved enough of an erection to start jelqing, my intention was to jelq for 10 minutes and finish up with a few minutes of edging. I kept losing the erection during jelqs so I cut the time short and tried to edge, again the erection was not easily attained or maintained so I ended the session. After a shower my flaccid hang is not really a hang at all! It’s shriveled and turtled telling me once again, I’ve over-trained.

I’m not sure if I’ll take tomorrow off, I’d like to try again and if nothing is happening go into the weekend break and come back on Monday.

Friday, day 4 of PE. 7 minute warm-up, 5 minutes of V and inverted-V stretches. 10 minute jelq followed by edging and a few minutes of manual clamping changing hands as needed. Great expansion at the end but the flaccid hang is greatly reduced today.

2 days of rest coming and I’ll repeat the same exercises on Monday. I plan to PE 3 on, 1 off next week and gauge my response.

I plan to measure for any gained girth or length the week of February 15 after a week of rest as I’ll reach the 90 day mark on 2/8/2021.

New week, changed up the routine to ramp down the intensity and the frequency. It did not go well as I continued to jelq squeeze and felt the sharp pain again along the right side shaft to the glans.

I’m taking three weeks off despite no pain when masturbating or achieving an erection. This is solely precautionary because I can’t seem to control myself, I’m addicted to the expansion and I’m trying to force my penis to take on that shape.

What I’ve learned to this point is quality jelqing can improve your EQ quickly. Less than two weeks in my efforts and I achieved my goal. Growing the size of an erection takes time. What I’ve missed during my PE sessions are the subtle changes: ease of erections, elasticity in flaccid state and semi erect state, ability to ramp up or down erection level, bulging veins during and after the session. As stated previously, I’ve quickly become addicted to the feel and look of my overly engorged penis leading to the aggressive addition of jelqs that I’m not ready for. I’ll try again on February 15 and gauge for pain then during wet jelqs.

February 19 and I’m finally able to PE again. A few days longer than planned for my break but sometimes snow happens, other times it keeps happening! Quick measurements after my 3 week hiatus and I’m right where I started. That’s ok, my erections have continued to be solid and I find there’s little loss of rigidity when stimulation stops. I’m really happy with the achievement’s PE has provided me.
With all of that said I started the session with 6 minutes of rice sock heat, it’s freaking cold out right now and my hands needed the additional time as much as my penis! 5 minutes of stretching consisting of static pulls and light inverted v stretching. Truth be told, during the 3 week hiatus I did light stretching after every hot shower for a minute or two. 10 minutes wet jelq focusing on keeping erection level between 50 and 80%. I did some edging for a few minutes and then finished with a hot shower. I hope to get a session in this weekend but most likely I’ll be waiting until Monday as I’m chauffeuring kids all weekend for activities.
Glad to be getting my routine back on track and really focusing on the long game.. Pun intended!
