Carl's Hanging Progress Thread

I started hanging this morning using a Bib Starter and thought I would create a thread to document progress or, (hopefully not) lack thereof. For context, I have been meandering about for a year or so now and have decided to start taking PE seriously and commit to a dedicated routine. I have used the newbie routine with some success early on (mostly improved EQ in my opinion) which did seem to provide some temporary gains of around a half inch or so. I’ve also spent some time wearing the Phallosan Forte but did not really like the product and found it to be more intrusive and obvious when I was wearing it than it is marketed to be. I don’t think my total wear time exceeded 75 hours. I also purchased a pump and a clamp for realizing girth gains but have not used either very much as I have read that we want to achieve length gains before adding girth. This thread will be focused entirely on length gains. I would like to add 2 inches to my NBEL over the next year or two.
The routine: I am following a schedule as laid out in the Hanging 101 (Version 2) thread. I hung 2 lbs for 3 sets of 20 minutes this morning and will continue with this weight everyday for the remainder of the week. Next week I will increase the number of sets to 4. I’ll be increasing the weight in .5 lb increments every two weeks. I will continue adding to the number of sets every other week until I reach “maximum privacy time” where I am hanging for at least 2 hours per day. The primary angle of attack will be BTC until I stop seeing results. I want to make sure that I don’t hang too much weight early on and miss out on some of the “easier” gains that members have reported. As for weights, I purchased a set of 10 1lb weights from Zen Hanger as well as a separate .5 lb weight for increasing weight incrementally as I go. I really like the weights. As mentioned, I am using the Bib Starter which seems to be a high quality device so far. The wrap I am using is a silver theraband, also purchased from Bib aka “Bigger”. In combination with all of this, I have also been living a more active/healthy lifestyle. I am down about 50 lbs from this time 2 years ago and could stand to lose another 10-15. I have worked from home for the last 3 years and don’t foresee a change in that anytime soon and have plenty of time/privacy to hang in the mornings or evenings.
I do have pictures that I have taken and will most likely be willing to upload them for comparison if I do in fact achieve results. Wish me luck and my hope is that this thread becomes a source of inspiration for others as I begin to realize my goal and I will try to update this thread as regularly as possible.
Notes from today’s session: I felt a greater pull when sitting at the edge of my computer chair, propping my legs up and leaning back pretty far. This is the position I will be utilizing going forward. Other observation would be that I can definitely feel the “burning” sensation from the skin stretching. My understanding is that this is a necessary part of the process so I am encouraged to feel it happening already.
My stats: BPEL - 6.25 inches NBEL - 5.75 inches
My goal: BPEL- 8.25 inches NBEL - 7.75-8 inches
