Chariots Progress
Hey all, been on and off PE many times, never truly committed to it for a long period but trying this time (honest)
Currently I’m doing at least hour of manual stretches a day doing lots of different types.
And also bathmate doing a 5x5 session with aim to go to 5x5x5. Finished by some SSJ’s
I started at 5.75 BPEL and got up to 6.9 over a year ago however remeasuring today I’m back at 6.5”. I push to 7.1” in bathmate so hoping this is a sign I can hit that mark? As my early goal.
