Hey all, been on and off PE many times, never truly committed to it for a long period but trying this time (honest)

Currently I’m doing at least hour of manual stretches a day doing lots of different types.

And also bathmate doing a 5x5 session with aim to go to 5x5x5. Finished by some SSJ’s

I started at 5.75 BPEL and got up to 6.9 over a year ago however remeasuring today I’m back at 6.5”. I push to 7.1” in bathmate so hoping this is a sign I can hit that mark? As my early goal.

Had a good day yesterday, over 5hrs manual stretching, 2 x bathmate workouts and load of jelq and SSJ’s. Worked him quite a bit and managed to push 7.3” in the bathmate, hoping this is a good sign

Anyone got any recommendations on how to keep EQ good whilst doing daily workouts?? Thanks

Be a healthy person first, diet, exercise, and make sure to rest enough. I wasn’t resting enough and pumping too hard when I first started years ago, and I was left with a tired, limp noodle for days.

With the Bathmate, are you regulating pressure?
I was using way too much pressure going for maxes, but found better results with lower pressure. With time you’ll feel what is effective I’m sure. But keeping an erection in the tube is difficult for many guys, I think because it is mostly a mental exercise I’ve found. These are my opinions at least, good luck!

An hour a day is great discipline! Already made great gains as well, congrats.

For me EQ is tied to kegels, diet and reduction of porn (which seems to fry something in my brain that makes erections rock hard)

Well I try and eat well and do gym most days, take a few supplements to try and help, no porn, gave that up years ago.

Bathmate I use the winevac to give good pressure
