Well, I broke down and measure after my first month. : /
I was trying to wait for the two month mark. I saw no change in length or girth. I know it is early and I shouldn’t be worried but it is difficult. I am realizing just how impatient of a man I am. Ha.

I am following the newbie routine for the most part. My stretches are held for 60 seconds and I stretch for about 15 minutes. I use heat before stretching with a rice sock. Then I jelq in the shower for 15 minutes. I do this routine 5 on two off. I do kegels later in the day and have not been masterbating for the last month. I was sure I had grown. I felt as though I had a seen less of the baseball bat shape I typically have meaning more meg, but this is not the case. I have read that these gains can come in spurts so I am staying positive going into my second month.

I have yet to feel any soreness or feeling of having really worked things so I added time to my stretches. I also stretch my thighs backward on the side that I am stretching to add intensity and feel even more of a ligament stretch. The feeling never lasts after warm down.

My question is this. Am I just in fact an impatient bastard or should I have seen some type of gain in the 1st month. I am 38 and do feel like my erection quality has increased a little, but nothing crazy.

Should I look to change my routine. Is it too much? Or, like I am assuming, should I just be patient and wait another couple months.

Maybe more rest. Im a strong believer in the 2 on 1 off but thats what works for me. Ive been PE for about a month and i created my own routine from various ones like the newbie and JP90 i have not seem length growth at all but i have see girth i went from 5.0 girth to now 5.3 and my cock is healthy and heavy. Rest and more rest. Maybe take 3 straight days off and just massage and firegoat roll to get the blood moving around.

Perhaps try adding edging into your routine? It may help cement your gains that are made, considering you said you haven’t done any masturbation.

Now masturbation and edging technically are two different things in my opinion, because one you ejaculate and the other one you don’t. But I’m not sure if that’s what you meant or not.

So I would give edging a try if you have the time, do it for at least 10 minutes right after your routine but 20 or 30 would be even better. Helps ensure your penis is getting all the nutrients it needs from the blood after a workout and leaves you feeling pumped and plumped!

I’ve been edging after PE the last three weeks. I will just try to be patient and wait a month until I measure again. I may add some extra rest on Wednesday as well.
