1/4" Gain in 1 Month! PE Does Work!
Hi Guys,
So I have a progress log that I’m currently logging all my PE activity in but I thought I’d share my gains on a new thread in the Newbie Forum to let the newbies know that this stuff really works! As the title states, it’s been exactly 1 month since I started PEing and wearing my ADS and I’ve gained 1/4” in my BPEL (Bone-Pressed Erect Length). It doesn’t feel like it, but that’s what the ruler is showing and I’m ecstatic! I’ve logged close to 210 hours with my ADS and countless more hours PEing in my room, but it was all worth it.
I wear my ADS during the day at work; I sit in front of the computer all day so it’s fairly easy to log at least 9 hours a day. Of course, I don’t wear it everyday as not all my jeans are baggy enough to hide it, but I’d say at least 4 days a week. I also PE by warming up my penis in a cup of hot water, then immediately go into wet jelqs. I’m keeping my numbers low now because it’s working but I will steadily increase as I see fit. Currently, I’m doing 55 wet jelqs per session, taking about 10-15 minutes.
I actually cut out manual stretching prior to going into the wet jelqs because I had problems with grip and spotting on my glans. I keep reading that manual stretches are a great tool for gaining length so I’m seriously contemplating starting them again. Those of you who swear by the manual stretches, please chime in as I’d love to hear positive things about them.
For those of you who have just started PE and have not seen good results, my suggestion is to change it up. I started off by doing the Newbie Routine, the one that calls for 120 jelqs. But I found out that it was not working for me and I was getting negative PIs. So I started poring over all the wealth of information on this board and found the NEW Newbie Routine, which has you starting out with very low jelq numbers. This is what I adopted and have stuck with for the past month and it’s been good. My main point is, if something’s not working, change it up. There’s a saying, “You do what you’ve always been doing, you’ll get the results you’ve always been getting” or something like that. If something isn’t working for you, try something different; it could very well work for you. Just because plenty of people have used the Newbie Routine and gained does not necessarily mean that you will too. I mean, the Newbie Routine is a great starting point, but if it’s not working for you, it can be dumped for another routine. Yes, it’s nice to have someone tell you exactly how to do something and for you to follow it, but IMHO, PE, like life, is a process. And you need to actively find what works for you and what doesn’t, then throw away the things that don’t work.
That’s enough for one day. I apologize for the rant there. I’ll continue my PE as I have the past month and will report again at the first of every month. This month, I’ll keep everything the same: ADS + PE with wet jelqs. But I will add manual stretches to my PE sessions. Hopefully, I’ll be able to report another gain of at least 1/4” next month! Happy PEing, All!! :)
