Clamping Only since January 2020

I have been on and off with PE over the years. Way back when I first measured, my unit was pretty respectable with regards to BPEL at 7 1/2". My girth was just average at about 4 7/8" at the thickest point and smaller towards the base with a baseball bat shape. I decided to tackle just girth with clamping. After going through a couple months to warm back up into PE, I started the clamping with 3 x 10 minute sessions. I was pretty astounded at the results. In 6 months I have increased my girth to 5 1/2 inches at the thickest and 5 1/4" at the thin bat handle part. I am very close to hitting the next 1/8th inch mark on the EG which I am very excited about.

My routine has increased quite a bit to 5 or 6 sessions and I am up to 3 clamps. I think the key for me has been the constant kegels while clamping. I was also very surprised to find my BPEL is up to 8" and sometimes for some reason on my days off a little over 8". My wife has been commenting on my size lately so I guess it is working, thought the comments are mostly because I am hanging flaccid much larger than before. I want to keep this up for a year and see where I get. I will keep posting and hopefully hit my goal of 6" EG. My results seem very fast and I swear they are true as I have nothing to gain by deceiving you. My concern is that the results may end up being temporary and if I stop go back to the long skinny member I had before. Any comments to if this may happen? If all goes well I was contemplating a Bib hanging routine for a year after this, but I don’t want to get too long as I occasionally bottom out on my wife now at 8".

Started 3 x 10 minute clamping with 1 clamp
Quickly added a second for 3 x 10 minutes
Increased to 4 x 10 minutes then 5 x 10 minutes
Now I do 5-6 x 10 minutes with 3 sometimes 4 clamps

I typically clamp 5 days a week at this point, but started at 3.


Pre PE (~2015): BPEL 7"; MSEG 4.75

6/1/2020: BPEL 8"; MEG 5 5/8"
