ClubHouse 9 months progress
Hi Team
Here’s a brief progress report after 9 months of consistently practicing PE.
I started out at around 5in nbpe and 5.5in bpe. I’ve made a ton of progress in multiple areas.
- I was metabolically very unhealthy.
- I was very overweight
- I was deconditioned and out of shape
- My erection quality was extremely poor
- My Testosterone was extremely low.
- Blood flow and circulation throughout my body was sub-optimal.
- Very small flaccid state.
Today
- I’ve lost 50+ lbs
- I am in great shape and metabolically healthy
- Great energy, blood flow and erection quality and frequency
- Above average free and total testosterone
- Flaccid state is full, heavy and hangs well.
In addition to lifting and triathlon training, I take a daily low dose Cialis and 75mg of Xyosted (testosterone.). This has made a huge difference in terms of wellness, motivation, and self discipline.
My PE routine is
Mon: bathmate pump - 4 sets of 5 minutes, 200 jelqs
Tue: bathmate pump - 4 sets of 5 minutes, 200 jelqs
Wed: 200 jelqs
Thu: bathmate pump - 4 sets of 5 minutes, 200 jelqs
Fri: bathmate pump - 4 sets of 5 minutes, 200 jelqs
Sat: Off
Sun: Off
I occasionally do stretches in the shower.
I’ve been fairly consistent with this, though not perfect.
My current (as of 4/6/24) stats are 6in nbpe and 6.3in bpe.
I have not measured my flaccid state as it varies and I am more interested in my visual perception. However, I am really happy with what I see, and it is consistently full, long, and heavy. Not huge but good.
After pumping my flaccid state is huge, and I hope over time that will be where I end up.
I started at a pretty low and unhealthy baseline, and so this initial improvement is mostly due to making improvements in my weight, erection quality, and general health.
My goal after a year or two of consistent PE is 7in nbpe and 7.25 bpe, and maintain the huge flaccid state I see after pumping.
In the next few months, I’d like to add traction to my routine using the RestoreX (which has some clinical data behind it for lengthening.)
I would really appreciate any thoughts or advice, especially on how to reach my goals going forward.
Thanks!
