Cocknification Log. NEWBIE INCOMING
Hello everyone. Hope all is well. It is I.(Smash through door).COCKNIFICATION!!
I have decided to start PE again along with FR (Foreskin restoration). I have done PE and FR in the past, but was not very dedicated to it since I am a uni student, but now I have decided to dedicate my time and effort properly to PE and FR for my own benefit.
I have written my own routine as I would like to take things slowly and not rush. This is what my routine for PE and FR looks like so far:
PE (Penis Enlargement) routine
Week 1 - Week 3 : > 5 min warm up. 10 jelq (add 10 each week). 10 kegel and 10 reverse kegel (add 10 of each per week)
Week 4 - Week 5 : > 5 min warm up. 30 jelq (add 20 on 5th week). Kegel and reverse kegel
Week 6 - Week 8 : > 5 min warm up. 30 second stretch all directions ( add another set of stretches each week). 50 jelq. Kegel and reverse kegel
Week 9 - Week 17 : > 5 min warm up. 3 x 30 sec stretch all direction. 50 jelq & 10 v jelq. Kegel and reverse kegel
Week 18 > : > continue week 17 and adjust if need be.
FR (Foreskin Restoration) routine
> 30 min DTR. Method 2 until uncomfortable. Rest 30mins and repeat for as long as possible
Coverage Index : 3
Real Coverage Index : 3-4
Comments
Flaccid : Skin touches sulcus. Can cover the whole penis without use of additional skin (scrotum etc)
Erect : Skin is mobile. Can cover the whole penis, but with force and the additional skin (scrotum etc)
As you can see it is a gradual routine. Now for my stats. All of which are measure in centimeters.
BPSFL: 17.3
NBPFL: 9.4 NBPEL: 14.8
BPFL: 10.6 BPEL: 16.4
BFG: 11 BEG: 15.5
MFG: 10.5 MEG: 14.7
EQ (Erection Quality) : 8-9.
I have actually done one weeks worth of PE and FR. Here is the first weeks log:
Disclaimer - when I use no warm up it is because I done the routine once I had woken up since I was wrapped up all warm overnight.
12/11/16: No warm up. 10 dry jelq. DTR and method 2
13/11/16: DTR and method 2
14/11/16: DTR and method 2
15/11/16: No warm up. 10 dry jelq. DTR and method 2
16/11/16: DTR and method 2
17/11/16: No warm up. 10 dry jelq. DTR and method 2
18/11/16: No warm up. 10 dry jelq. DTR and method 2
