Newbie routine, kegels and soreness

Hi all.

I’m very happy to have found this board. I have for some time really been disappointed about my EL, but now I think I can change this. I have read numerous of threads in here and I have finally decided to start on the Linear Newbie Routine (NEW newbie + advanced routine) routine. It appeals very much to me - it’s very straightforward and seems like a program that would suit any newbie like me.

I think I will start out very light by doing 10 jelqs to begin with. I will workout every other day. Anyway, I also want to improve my EQ. I have read that kegels is a big helper here, so I will do them as well.

Stats:
EL: 13 cm / 5.11 inches
BPEL is 14.3 cm / 5.62 inches
EG at base: 13 cm / 5.11 inches

My primary goal is to extend the length of my penis. If I could have an EL of 15 cm / 5.90 inches - at some time - it would be superb. My girth is good, so I don’t focus on that, but if it grows during the process I won’t mind!

What do you think? Is this a good program to start out with? When should I do my kegels, and does my penis has to be erect when I do them? (Are there any good kegel newbie routines?)

Ps. A week ago I started one workout with some other newbie routine where I had to do some stretches. Right now I feel just a little bit sore on the top of my penis (if I squeeze it). Should I wait until the soreness go away, before I start with the Linear routine?

Fuck that nonsense, the penis will get sore, deal with it. 10 jelqs won’t do shit. That’s like 10 pushups every other day when you are trying to be a body builder. Knock out the jelqs, get a feel for it, take time off as needed but do the fucking work. Being a baby about it won’t make your dick toughen up any faster.

All right about the sorness. I was just asking because I only got one dick.

About the 10 jelqs - I will start with them. Why not start out light? I got all the time in the world. By the way, you can’t compare my penis to a bodybuilder - anyone who knows about strength training knows that you start out light!

Kegels - does anyone have some advices? :-)

With all the warnings on this site about it being your responsibility and to be wary about pain (something you can’t exactly quantify), can you blame him for being cautious and asking first?

So, about the kegels. Should I do them on workout days? Before or after the workout?

And how do you do them? Do you just relax and press the muscle while you are erect (does the unit have to be 100% erect at all time?)?

Don’t get sore. Ever! You may feel tiredness, but in my humble opinion, if your penis isn’t ready for sex… then why PE in the first place? Penises don’t need to toughen up.

Take it slow and steady. As you say, you have all the time in the world. Get your technique and form right, and in the long run it will benefit you immensely.

As for kegels, you don’t need to be erect at all. You can do them anywhere and any time. Though it is amusing if you have an erection and they make your cock bob up and down.:)

How hard should I press (kegels)?

I have a question for the wet jelqs. The guide says that I have to start a new grip just before I reach the head of my unit. The problem is that it is pretty impossible because the skin is already way up (I am circumcised btw). Is it OK to start the new grip after letting go of the first one?? I hope you know what I mean :)

Anyone? Is it OK to let go of the first grip and THEN start the second grip? I ask because my skin seems tight and it’s almost impossible to make jelq number 2 when the skin is already pulled upwards from jelq number 1.

I still need an answer :-P

Kegel routine. I do mine right before I PE as a warm up. The whole even takes place in the shower. I work up a 100% erect. and sit my ass down in tub. I aim the hot shower water right on my unit to warm up as I kegel. I look right at my junk and ‘rev’ it. it swells up for a second and looks awesom. Then I relax and it goes back to normal. Thats one kegel squeeze. so I do like so……

do 3 sets of 10 - one second squeezes. (Rev up your unit and try to hold the contraction for 1 seconds. )
do one set of 10 - 5 second squeezes. (Rev up your unit and try to hold the contraction for 5 seconds. )
do one set of three - 30 second squeezes. (Rev up your unit and try to hold the contraction for 30 seconds. )
do 3 sets of 10 - one second squeezes. (Rev up your unit and try to hold the contraction for 1 seconds. )

Thats a pretty tough routine to do. but you’ll get used to it.

Also I PE on the same days at I work out. so I follow a 2 day on one day off routine.

when jelqing…..

I try to have one ‘ok’ grip on my unit at all times. when alternating between left and right I usually make sure the incoming hand is latched on before i let go with the other and try to do a kegel in between while switching hands to get some new blood in there for the new stroke.

as for doing only 10 every second day… its a good slow way to get into PE but you’ll soon find you need more. Time your PE rather then try to count every Jelq motion. Try to get into the NewB routine with 10 minutes of jelq action… if you want to go easy on your unit then jelq at 40% erect. with about 40% grip strength. while doing the full 10 minutes. also the stretching is important too. hope this helps you
