Current stretching routine
Hey everyone,
My current stretching routine has been
DLD blasters without reverse kegels since my LOT is 6:00.
I do 100 kegels while stretching upward and do 50 reps of 5 sec kegels after that. I finish off with a 1 min PC hold.
I am not feeling any soreness with these exercises. What should I do?
I am thinking of buying the Bib hanger and hang OTS since I am not feeling soreness from manual stretching. Should I put it more reps and kegels and continue doing the blasters (I started this week) or should I go ahead with the Bib?
Really really frustrated *sigh*
